Convenient location, clean, fully renovated with a Master bedroom and a bunk room that sleeps 5. Right down the street from the Drive-in, walk to Weirs Beach, where you can hop on the Mt Washington Ferry or the Hobo railroad. Fun Spot is just down the road. Salt water pool right next to the building Tennis courts, playground and there is laundry in the building Lake Winnipesaukee offers many boating options; kayaks, motor boats rentals and you can even charter a Tiki Bar pontoon boat! Gunstock mountain is 9 miles away where you can hike, bike, ski in the winter months or ride the mountain coaster or zipline down the mountain from spring to fall. There’s also a ropes course for the brave. Many great restaurants nearby including the famous Hart’s Turkey Farm a few miles north. You can walk to Kellerhaus Ice Cream and Candy parlor for dessert The popular Naswa Resort is nearby which is always fun with live music at the beach bar! The mountains and the lake are calling, come on up! ❄️⛄️⛷️🎿

Great property, great location, great owner

The listing is exactly as it says on the website. Super easy check-in process, quick replies and had more amenities than they listed. It would certainly rent this unit again as we had such a great experience. Steps away from the pool as well as the playground outback, and only a short drive to everything Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer, especially for kids.

The owner was exceptionally interactive (in a good way) with me between scheduling and assuming the rental. The rules and such were clearly articulated in advance, and provided not less than 24 hours prior to arrival, and a book was provided with instructions and area familiarization pamphlets. The rental sits on the second floor. A cypher lock made entry and exits an easy task, but auto-locks within 10 seconds of opening making it highly secure for single travelers. The condo was clean and well supplied with expendables and the furniture was surprisingly comfortable for a VRBO. The kitchen was well apportioned with plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. Smart TVs and a fire place were welcome additions, as was a balcony for morning coffee. The condos directly above and below appeared to also be rentals, but were at noise appropriate levels throughout my 8 day stay. Nice features worthy of mentioning: -The pool and BBQ area, both directly adjacent to the rental) were a nice feature. -Pay laundry was expensive but efficient and in close proximity to the rental. -There are two pedestrian gates out the back of the property which lead directly to a bar/grill and convenient store (both within a couple hundred yards). -Trash dumpsters and parking were readily available, which was a surprise since I was there for Motorcycle Week. -Weirs beach was less than a five minute stroll downhill, and a ten minute return. I would/will strongly consider staying here again.

Clean and close to everything!

Wonderfully clean, well stocked condo. Beautiful association grounds, close to all Laconia has to offer. Easily fit three adults and two children.

What I care most is cleanliness and this place is definitely it! The owner spared no expense in stocking their cabinets with high-end everything. I truly enjoyed my stay.

The Village

The condo at The Village was in a great location right near the Weirs pier/beach area. We have stayed in three different units in The Village complex and this unit was the cleanest, most comfortable and most tastefully decorated. We would definitely stay there again!

The perfect getaway!

We just stayed at Ann’s adorable and clean condo for three nights. The unit is located right near the pool and there is ample parking. We really enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of the condo. Ann was very responsive and a pleasure to communicate with when we had a small issue with WiFi. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again.

Family Vacation

This was a perfect place for my family to stay while visiting Laconia. The location of the condo was perfect to the pool, grill area and playground. Highly recommend for anyone that has littles! Will definitely be returning.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to Lake Winni and we will be back because of our great experience with this condo and property! Cute little town with great food and lots for the kids to do- most things not opening until the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend, so our first night was quiet and nice on site. Our host was very responsive and clear on all check in and check out instructions. The condo was immaculate and it had everything you could need especially in kitchen tools/appliances. The Welcome Book the host provides gives tons of ideas for dining and experiences during your stay with great recommendations/notes. The master bed is very firm, but was manageable for us. The pool and playground were very nice too. We made a lot of great family memories and can't wait to go back and try out more of the area attractions!

Family wedding weekend

The host/owner was absolutely lovely!! Very nice and responsive to all my questions . The condo was adorable , and sooooo clean . We had a family wedding and wanted to treat all 4 of our kids 15,18,30 &32 to a nice extended weekend after the wedding. Nothing to complain about , we really enjoyed our stay

we loved everything about this condo, super clean and had everything you would possibly need (and many extras, loved the blender since my husband could make his favorite mudslids) for your stay it was close to many of the places we like to visit. would love to come back next year!!

Sweet place, great location

Wonderful stay at this property and the location was minutes to everything. The owner was very easy to work with and the checkin/checkout process was seem less. The owner paid a lot of attention to detail and the condo was fully stocked with everything you need, down to the special makeup towels. Loved the binder full of things to do, we checked out almost every restaurant and they were amazing. Highly recommend to anyone who just wants to sit back, relax, and enjoy!

Very clean and adorable

We had a great stay at this condo. It was very clean and very cute. It was perfect for my sons and me. The pool was great and we loved the location. Close to the beach, good restaurants, go karts and mini golf. Ann was very reponsive, made check in and out a breeze and was very pleasant to work with. Would definitely go again!

Condo is perfectly listed . Very clean, great communications, perfect location, building is right next to pool . Trash disposal was very simple , decor was perfect for a lake getaway . Location was perfect. One of the nicest condos I have rented for vacation. We will be back
