You'll have everything you need for a relaxing vacation at this cozy studio in Arcata! You can walk, bike, or drive right downtown, where plenty of restaurants and shops await you. Feel free to visit Cal Poly Humboldt or venture into gorgeous Redwood Park just a short stroll from your front door. You'll be centrally located right by Humboldt Beach and Redwood National and State Parks as well, so it's easy to head out for an adventurous day.

Once you've explored the many sights nearby, come back to your charming studio to find your own personal haven. Unwind on the quaint shared patio with your favorite book and a nice glass of wine at the end of the day. (Please note that because this is a semi-detached studio with the homeowner and a long-term tenant on the grounds, the courtyard is not entirely private.) Then, around sunset, head back inside and stream your favorite movies from the comfort of your bedroom. Slip into a pair of pajamas and get under the covers for a well-deserved good night's rest. Enjoy some much-needed peace and quiet at this lovely studio!

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
