The Neighborhood:

Great location, in a quiet Tahoe neighborhood, filed with nice homes, and rolling hills, on a large lot. Access the High Meadow Trailhead, with miles of hiking, snowshoeing, and mountain biking, a short walk from the property.



About 4 miles to Heavenly Village, the casinos, and the lake. Access to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, golf courses, beaches, ski resorts, casinos, and practically all of South Lake Tahoe, within a 4 - 10 mile drive.



Getting Around:

While we recommend a vehicle to explore South Lake Tahoe, you can use ride sharing services or local taxis. We provide free parking for up to six cars in the garage and driveway at the property. Please ensure all vehicles are parked on paved surfaces rather than the street. For air travel, Reno Tahoe International Airport is the primary hub and is located about a seventy-five minute drive away.
