The amenities make this place a can't miss, next to everything you'd want in South Lake Tahoe with a short 15 minute drive. The river access in the backyard was the coolest thing ever for a short term rental

Good overall experience.

There were a few maintenance needs that had to be addressed. Communication with manager was good during stay, prior to stay was communication was slow. Posted instructions were visible but not super clear on details. It was a beautiful home and comfortable stay though and my family had a great vacation.

60th Anniversary Fun

Family trip for my parents 60th Wedding Anniversary. Perfect house for our celebration and all 13 of us. No one was ever under foot, So much to do between the jacuzzi, pool, a walk to the creek, or playing pool. The large kitchen and dining are perfect for large groups, plenty of dishes and cookware. House was clean and well kept. We would stay there again.

We had an incredible stay at this rental property! The highlight of our visit was undoubtedly the amazing sauna, steam room, and indoor pool, which provided the perfect relaxation and enjoyment. The property is filled with amenities, including a pool table, foosball table, and gaming console, ensuring there was never a dull moment. The spacious lot and beautiful location added to the overall experience, making it an ideal getaway. The proximity to numerous restaurants and a local market was extremely convenient, allowing us to enjoy both dining out and preparing meals at home. We recently stayed at this property and it did not disappoint! From a safe place to play in the snow for children of all ages to the indoor heated pool! There was something to do for all ages. Parents were able to relax indoors next to the fire and still be able to see the kids. The house was spacious and plenty of rooms! Hoping to go back and stay at this property soon! 10/10 highly recommend!!!!!!

Family Reunion

House was great!! Indoor pool and hot tub were favorites. Sauna only worked 2 of the 6 days we were there, bummer. The pictures online showed the river being easily visible and accessible…not true at all. Mosquito infestation through thick forest kept us from ever making it to the river. Bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent for each couple! Pool table & foosball were a treat. Quiet street. 2nd fridge in the garage was a big help! This marked the 1st of many family gatherings. Thanks for having an environment that was perfect for creating the first of many memorable get together’s for our family. People flew in from Kentucky, drove from Arizona, and Sonoma, California.

Beautiful home but not kept up

There were great things about this house and some watch outs. Overall our group had a great time and made lasting memories, but there were some things we were disappointed with. Pros: -The house size is perfect for large groups! -Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms (though the pool bathroom was not in working order). -Nice location; quiet, peaceful and driving distance to south Lake Tahoe. -High chair and pack n play were included, which was a huge plus! -Pool, hot tub & sauna were the highlights of our trip! Cons: -The house was beautiful and looked like the pictures. However, one could tell that the house was not properly kept up, which is a shame. -The amenities were not all in working order. We had to reach out to learn how to reset the sauna. -Pool room isn't properly ventilated so moisture damage is prevalent. -Dishwasher wasn't properly installed so it would literally fall out from under the counter when you opened the door. -Unfinished floor underneath rug by pool area. (Rug was fluffy but it was odd that it just covered up construction boards underneath.) -Empty gas tanks for grill. -Light bulbs were out or missing completely all throughout the house. The chandelier in the living room looked like the bulbs would drop at any moment. -Unfinished paint jobs around the house. -Missing balls on pool table. -Foosball table was broken. -Wifi was spotty.

Check-In was super easy. The key is in the lock box adjacent to the entry door. The garage holds two vehicles and we backed in the cars easily. The garage has an extra refrigerator. This was helpful for storage of larger items. The kitchen, living room and dining table are right next to eachother and made entertaining in a central space easy. The kitchen has a great set of plates, cups, pots, utensils, etc. Bedrooms and bathrooms were well-sized.The creek access is awesome and the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were easy to access and a hit with our group. We would definitely stay again. The property managers, Alejandro and Lupe, were always quick to answer calls or texts, and we appreciated their help! A few things to note:1. The pool cover was not working so we had to manually fold back the temporary cover each time we used it. Not a big deal but we didn’t know it was broken and required manual handling until I reached out to the property managers.2. Backyard and Pool area. The previous guests left cans, bottles and confetti pieces all over the area out back. Also the pool had visible dirt on the pool floor and some party supplies on the bottom. I alerted the owner via the app but never heard back.3. VRBO Owner never responded to in-app messages. But the prop managers were great to help. 4. TV did not work in main room. There is a PS4 upstairs but no games. Pool table was an awesome addition but needs some maintenance. Bring your AppleTV box to stream for main room.

Great property - spacious, clean, close to attractions!

We were a family of 6 and we loved our stay at this property! We enjoyed the indoor pool the most. Pool table is okay. Kitchen is nice and spacious. Each of the bedrooms are comfortable sized. We had no issues with check-in/check-out. Most of the popular places are within 30 minutes of drive. Echo lake is only 10 minutes and is a hidden gem. Dinner at Riva Grill and brunch at Getaway Cafe are also close by. We couldn't get the TVs to work but we hardly wanted to watch TV so it wasn't a big deal to call owners about. I am sure they can help you with that. Overall a no-hassle stay, well maintained and clean property. Would recommend for a larger group than ours too.

Property looks nice online but needs some TLC. Pool was dirty; broken couch, pool table in bad repair, walls dirty, etc. Family get together was nice but would absolutely not rent this house in this neighborhood again.

Really nice place.

Such a nice place for a family gathering. The number of beds, the game room, the pool, the hot tub, The great room , all made a perfect spot for a fun relaxing time.

Beautiful place to stay. Everyone loved the stay. The hot tub and pool was an attraction for all the kids and adults too :D. Staying at home is as much fun too.

This place had everything, we didnt need anything other than food. I do agree the hot tub had a stench to it so just a heads up to the cleaning crew. Otherwise great place and would def like to stay here again.

Did not meet expectations

The house is fairly nice and the management team did a good job of cleaning the main living area, however there were a few major issues. The hot tub had not been cleaned in some time. The water was murky and had a strange smell. I own a hot tub so I know it had either not been cleaned recently or it didn’t have the proper chemicals in it so we were unable to use the hot tub. The pilot light of the furnace also went out which means we had no hot water. I contacted the property management company on our first full day there and told them the house had no hot water and asked that someone take a look. We left for the day and I assumed it would be taken care of by the time we were back. Cell service is spotty in Tahoe so I connected to the WiFi at the house when we returned that night to an email saying essentially- you probably just used too much hot water and the tank ran out, let us know if it’s a problem in a few hours. So once again, no hot water. I then called first thing the next morning and explained we need someone to come look at it as we still had no hot water. No one showed up until about 3-4 pm that day. Members of our party were leaving that afternoon so several people weren’t able to shower their entire stay at the house. For the large amount of money we paid for this rental, it’s unacceptable to not be able to take a hot shower. I asked for at least a partial refund and no one has responded. For these reasons I cannot recommend this property and would not stay there again.

Beautiful house but the hot tub was not useable

Beautiful house and perfect for a large group. I must say however, that the main reason why we chose and invested in this property was for a hot tub. We were a group of 8 and used the hot tub for no more than 2 1/2 hours the first night we arrived. We did notice a horrible smell coming from the water when we pulled the lid off to use again Sunday. We called the management right away and and had to use 3 different numbers. We finally spoke to a rude woman who said the reason it was like that was our fault. Apparently you can’t have 8 people in the hot tub even though there were seats for everyone? She then said there was nothing to do because it was a Sunday. We are all responsible clean adults and I’ve never heard of a hot tub only being allowed 1 use for no more than 7 people. The rudeness and lack of solution unfortunately made a sad end to our reunion so I can’t give all 5 stars. Perhaps warning of the capacity (no more than 7) and how long the hot tub can be used would have made the experience less disappointing.

Amazing Large Cabin - Great Ammenities

We loved this cabin for our family vacation. We had 15 people aged 2 - 60 and this place was perfect. The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful and we also enjoyed the river which is a short trek through the woods. Having 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms gave everyone the space they needed, and the large kitchen worked well for preparing meals. A great market, local restaurants, and coffee shop nearby, plus a beautiful disc golf course. We plan to make this place our yearly tradition!

Fun for everyone

We had a group of 14 family members at this home and we had so much to keep us occupied we never left the property except to go for walks in the neighborhood. The rooms were nice and there were enough bathrooms to give everyone some privacy .

Loved the house! Lovely in the snow

Stayed here with 8 adults, 7 kids ranging from 6 months to 14 years old. The house is just perfect. There was enough space for everyone. The pool was heated and perfect. Sauna, steam and hot tub were also perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc.. almost no spices or staples like salt. No toys or board games, luckily we brought our own. Overall, loved staying here. Would love to be back.
