Enjoy the coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, tennis and pickleball courts, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips w/electricity for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.
