This property was not clean or well-maintained. The floors were extremely dirty-after walking barefoot for just a few minutes, our feet were black. All of the rugs were visibly dirty, with dried food and stains, and the rug in the bunk bed room had a strong urine smell. There were also maintenance issues throughout the home. The countertop in the half bath was not attached to the cabinet at all. The sink in the half bathroom is missing a nut and leaks into the cabinet underneath. The showers had very little water pressure, making showering very unpleasant. The beds were also an issue. One in particular squeaked & creaked with any movement, and at least one of the comforters had visible stains. The kitchen was especially disappointing. The oven looked like the inside had never been cleaned. Every utensil we used had to be washed before use. The pots and pans had old dried on food, appeared poorly cleaned, and one of the pots still had oil inside it. The measuring cup was dirty and there gnats inside a container of canola oil. The mat in front of the kitchen sink was so dirty that shoes stuck to it when stepping on it. When we moved the mat, there was brown food stuck to the floor underneath, indicating the area had not been properly cleaned and that the mat is not moved during cleaning. There were ants in the home, they knew this because there were a couple of ant traps throughout. It did no good, one of our people found an ant crawling on him when we were on our way out.
