Walk to the beach! Heart of Jax Beach!

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. It is a newly renovated unit with plenty of old school Florida home vibes. This house is one unit in a quadplex.

Location location location!
8 blocks from the ocean.
10 minute walk to the bar & restaurant scene.
15 minute drive to Mayo Clinic.

This is an upstairs unit that is apart of a quadplex. You will have to walk up about 20 stairs to enter the unit.

There is a key code to enter the unit.

I live nearby and am available if needed at a moments notice. Check in is contactless and we will not need to interact in person unless you need something.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood on a road full of multifamily homes. It is a straight shot to the beach, only about a 10 block walk.

Driving is normal but biking around is the best! There are a couple different companies that rent bicycles.

You can also get Ubers and Lyfts very easily. There is an app called Beach Buggies that you can download that offers free rides in the beach area only (please tip your driver though!).

The unit is an upstairs unit in a quadplex. There are other guests staying in the same home but your unit is completely private. Kind of like a very small apartment building.

CANCELLATION POLICY: There is a 5% cancellation fee for all bookings to cover processing fees.

Very quiet neighborhood! Beds were comfortable which was a huge plus for us because we stayed 3 weeks. Great communication with property owner. It made a difficult time a little easier on us, we certainly appreciated it.

Jax Beach

Great location for enjoying the beach, shopping, dining or golfing. Very nice community. The apt gives you just what you need. Beds are very cozy.

Lovely location, comfortable beds

Our stay was very nice, the neighborhood is lovely, quiet and a great place to walk our dogs. Parking is very good and off the street. The beds are very comfortable and unit nicely appointed. Our communication with the manager for booking and before our stay was excellent and timely. Thank you, Zac.

This was a very nice place easy to get anywhere very clean enjoyed the location.

My friend and had a great stay enjoyed everything the only thing the place needed was hooks on the bathroom door. Short drive to Saint Augustine which was beautiful and we walked to the bars and beach every night we had a very nice time.

Memorial Day get-a-way

We came to Jax for our son to play baseball and decided to try a VRBO for the first time. It did not disappoint. It was amazing. The cleanliness of the property...the great communication...the quiet neighborhood...the location. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Unit was pet friendly which was the most important feature. It was close to a lot of amenities. However, I didn't notice when booking that there was no dishwasher which was not great. However the sofa was very dirty and the back was broken down and had sharp protruding staples. It was very uncomfortable.

Cute place close to the beach

We stayed 2 nights. The place is very cute and we walked to the beach!! It was as described no surprises. The owner was easy to communicate with and prompt with answering any question. I would stay there again.

Perfect JAX Beach Property

Only blocks away from the beach. So you should definitely bring your beach cruiser. Also only a few blocks away from Angie’s Subs. 2 bed rooms, a kitchen, dining area, tv seating area, and a bathroom. Host has beach chairs and umbrellas for you as needed. Pet friendly property as well.

Fantastic Host

The apartment was perfect for my purposes, while visiting the Mayo Clinic. The bedrooms are spacious and the place is spotless. It is very close to the Clinic as well as the beach. The host exceeded all of my expectations in communication and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend this location to body-abled adults, and will stay again next time I visit the area.

We have been coming to Jacksonville for a while now for my husband to go to the Mayo Clinic. This was the cleanest and nicest place we have stayed for the price. Just needed a hairdryer and hooks to hang things on in the bathroom. Overall, a great place. Nicely decorated too!

Perfect Neighborhood

Perfect for our little family of four. We never had to leave the neighborhood. Everything you need is super close by. Seven blocks to the ocean and lots of parking over there. I recommended bringing your own blanets if you like to cover up on the couch. We didn't find any extra linens. Zac was quick to respond when messaged. Would stay again.

Cute little upstairs apartment

Very nice place as long as stairs don't bother you. Cute place with two nice-sized bedrooms and a compact kitchen. Coffee provided. It's about a 15 minute walk to the beach but the neighborhood is nice. Our only small issue was trying to find Sunday Night football. The TV gets YouTube but not local channels. Not a huge deal, though, as we didn't go on vacation to watch TV. Zac was very responsive and there are only a few requests for the checkout process--easy peasey!
