We do want to clarify for future guests that the attached one-car garage is a standard size, consistent with other garages in the neighborhood, and typically accommodates standard-size cars, minivans, and smaller SUVs, though we know vehicle sizes can vary with rentals. Better instructions concerning the front door NOT being on the streetside and eing told about the alley ahead of time would make finding the VRBO a lot easier. Also, explaining that the parking is down a slim, steep hill and not that easy to navigate would have been appreciated. We had to contact the property company for the wifi login info. A book with that info as well as info concerning the neighborhood and local eats would have been handy.

The place was very convenient for our party. 3 BRs, each with a bath. Close to downtown Seattle and public transportation. The host great. She was very communicative with the registration and check-in, and responded quickly to questions and issues. Note: The garage access is very tight and the garage cannot accommodate a large SUV. Street parking is hard. It's very busy around there. Not the hosts issue just something to be aware. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this place.

The property does not have AC. It was 88 degrees inside the unit when we arrived. READ THE FINE PRINT. Down at the bottom of the listing, in the FAQ/additional info. it shows the property has no AC. When we checked in the temperature in the living area was 87 degrees INSIDE, with no ceiling fans or ventilation. There were 2 small floor fans provided in the 3 bedroom unit, which is spread out over 3 floors. No ceiling fans, no A/C, the unit was unlivable. We left immediately and checked into a hotel.

While temperatures in the area are typically mild, the home can become warmer during periods of unusually hot weather. Two high-powered fans are provided for the upstairs bedrooms, and opening the windows can help improve airflow. We understand these measures did not provide the level of cooling you needed during your stay and appreciate your feedback.

Great location and good space. We were the first folks to stay in this location and communicated with the property team about some issues that they were responsive to addressing. Nice set up overall. King size bed was partially caved in- I left feedback so this might have been fixed.

New rental: promising!!

Overall good experience. We were the first visitors to stay. The space and location is excellent. Close to public transportation and three rooms with a garage. For our stay there were a couple of things that came up but the hosts were responsive and prompt in helping. There was also street construction from 4:30 am (I’m not kidding) until 8:30pm. This will likely be done soon but definitely is good to know.

Peaceful area with amazing view

Amazing place! The master bedroom has a gorgeous view of downtown, at night it looks spectacular. At night it was so silent and quite. An amazing place for working from home too. Good wifi and lot of dishes available to use.

Great location with gracious host. Mike was Very accommodating and helpful in our check in and during our stay. The location was excellent centrally located and downtown was very convenient. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you Mike.

Queen if Eastlake Avenue

Updated, clean with lots of space for four adults. Three bedrooms, all with an en-suite. Walking distance to small shops, restaurants and coffee. Garage, small balcony with sitting, really friendly neighborhood. The best part we’re the views of Seattle city center, good at daytime and amazing at night!

Unit had issues! Because of so many problems, I was on my phone A LOT for 2 days there.One of the upstairs bathroom sinks just completely filled up & wouldn't drain. I had to brush my teeth over the tub.No garbage can in the bathroom I used.The towels all smelled TERRIBLE. I used kitchen towels to dry off after my shower.The washing machine smelled HORRIBLE. No laundry soap. There is mold/something else visibly black and very smelly in the washing machine gasket. Nasty. No way to quickly wash towels without laundry soap. There were no supplies! No paper towels, no dish washer tabs, no laundry soap. Literally less than half a roll of toilet paper in any of the bathrooms with no extra TP anywhere.Carpet is dirty. Broken hand soap dispenser in half bath. Note: Garage is very small & they're using the garage to store broken matresses, etc. Note: Access to get to the unit should have been explained. I drive a Tiguan and it was difficult to get it in the garage because of very steep drive, super tight turns & TINY garage.Note: No AC. Windows all closed. Temp inside was 89 when we arrived Cost us almost 500 per night with tax. Not ok.I reached out to get help & spent a lot of time on my phone for just 2 days in this place. Local person told me the unit had just been rented for 22 days and they did not realize things were so depleted. Unit was disgusting & a hassle. After all that they offered 150 credit which was a joke for the aggrevation!

The upstairs sink was addressed during the stay and was found to be draining normally on follow-up; additional towels and requested supplies were delivered the same day. The washing machine was also inspected, and the reported odor was not observed at that time. The garage remained accessible for parking despite the stored items noted. We work to respond promptly when concerns are raised and remain committed to keeping the home well prepared and comfortable for future travelers.

A lovely 3-story house with a great view

My friends and I met up for a birthday celebration. We were six adults and one child. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Some specifics: STRENGTHS Great view of the skyline, lake, and Space Needle from many windows. Mike was quick to respond to my questions, whether by VRBO message or text. Mike said he left only 1 roll of paper towels instead of 2, and refunded me $20 for the missing roll, which was kind. The kitchen had plenty of plates & silverware. Laundry, TV, microwave worked fine. The location is great, enabling short drives on surface streets to many local attractions. Mike was lenient about check-in and check-out time, since we had people coming and going on different flights. SUGGESTIONS I like that Mike is casual, but I've never been in a VRBO that didn't have a book with tips, instructions, etc. Not having one was a bit unnerving. Virtually all communication with Mike had to be initiated by me. As the trip got closer, he never reached out first. As noted, once we were communicated, he was very fast and friendly in response. The listing mentioned a "grill" but we never saw it. Finding the house's actual entrance was hard for us, delivery drivers, and Uber drivers. Also hard to park. The garage/driveway area is very narrow. Don't rent a big car! No Kleenex, and no bedroom/bathroom had a trash can. Everything had to be carried down to the kitchen trash. For meals, games, and good sleep, it was perfect. We all had a great time. Thanks, Mike!

Liked the location and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was not well equipped so we needed to buy pots and utensils. They had advertised a grill we could use but there wasn’t one. The chest of drawers in the master bedroom partially blocked the window and the drawers are broken. They could fall out and hurt someone. Parking in the garage was very difficult and there was no other parking available.
