Guest Access:
Panoramic views of the Olympic Mountains and Puget Sound are available from the building's rooftop terrace. We have a barbecue pit with tables and chairs. Drinking wine or coffee while overlooking the water is an excellent way to spend an afternoon or evening. A great place to watch the ferries sail in and out, as well as admire the sunset.
There's also a European courtyard with fountains and hummingbirds if you're looking for some peace and quiet after all the hustle and bustle of city life and sight-seeing.
There is no charge for parking in this well-lit and well-guarded garage. The elevator will take you straight to your apartment! The availability of free or on-site parking is uncommon because it is so expensive in Seattle.
There is a swimming pool, a sauna, a fitness center, and a club room available.
Other than the already mentioned amenities, our home is also equipped with:

Don't feel like going for a jog or a drive today? You can take a bus, a Lyft or Uber to the stadiums for the Seattle Seahawks and Mariners, the Seattle Center, Pioneer Square, and the Great Wheel. 99 walk score. Walk to all the most famous restaurants, pubs, and shops.
