Perfect Vacay!

We have stayed in many vacation homes over the years, but this one may be our all time favorite!!! Absolutely beautiful home and the surroundings are breathtaking! There is a high chance we will book this one again!

Beautiful House

We stayed here with family. Had a great time! Pulled the boat right up to the dock. Caught several fish off the dock including snapper, sheepshead, and trout. Kids played in the pool everyday. Pool deck is huge and plenty of seating. Property Manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This Florida vacation rental has THE BEST view being situated on a corner of 4 lakes. You get both sunrise and sunsets from this location. We loved morning coffee down by the water at the Tiki Hut. We took advantage of the kayaks, bikes, fishing and beach equipment. We also rented a boat for the week which was delivered right to our dock. We really enjoyed cruising the canals and visiting the Harbor and Tarpon Point as well as a day trip to Sanibel Island. The pool at this home was great and the teenagers loved the lights at night. Plenty of space for everyone with a lovely large dining table on the deck outside. Location of the home is premium and right around all the action that Cape Coral has to offer. Close to the beach/yacht club, Tarpon Point Marina (very close-biking distance) and short drive to the Harbor/Rumrunners. Valerie the manager of the property was excellent. She was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Very Professional and Nice! I would rent this home again in a heartbeat.

We rented the house with another family and the layout of the house is great for everyone to have their own private space! We spent most of our time outdoors and the lanai and pool area are very spacious. Took us a little bit to figure out hot tub but it’s just delayed a bit. Enjoyed the kayaks although couldn’t get the lift to work. Had a few technical issues with internet as the cut a wire with building next door ( but didn’t hear a lot of noise ) and no hot water in kitchen but valerie was great about getting someone there to fix issues. Beds were comfy, view was beautiful, light switches outside confusing:-) House is on quiet street but no great area for bike riding or walking. We would definitely go back! Loved the view !

Great family stay

The house is nicely laid out and spacious, and we found the beds comfortable and clean. The master bathroom is particularly nice. The kitchen well-stocked with implements. There were ample towels and linens, and when we asked about cushions for the loungers, Valerie had some sent to the house right away. We had toddlers with us and the door locks and pool gate made it a safe, contained area for them to run around and play (while supervised, of course, but less nerve-wracking when you aren't afraid of them falling in the pool every second). The kayaks were fun and easy to use with the lift, and the kids had a good time fishing off the dock. We really enjoyed the common spaces for hanging out with our large group, and appreciated how responsive and friendly Valerie was. We would highly recommend.

Nice place

All was very nice except that we didn’t know about the damage’s dock (in the french site, there is no mention!). Very clean, spacious, the pool is amazing and we had a lot of fun!

Beautiful View

House has a gorgeous view and a top notch pool area. Location was nice. House could use a few more kitchen items, but rooms were comfortable and there is plenty of space. We had 12 people and fit comfortably. A very nice family house!

Loved Laguna Breeze

We shared this fantastic home and property with our kids and grandkids for two wonderful weeks. The pool and docks were amazing. Enjoyed the kayaking and fishing right from the docks. The Tiki Hut was a great place for morning coffee and watching the sunset. Loved the large outdoor seating and arrangements. The pool fence worked very well as a safety feature for our toddlers. Valarie was very quick to respond to any concerns and issues. The only negative was that the pool was deeper than expected (over 6' at the deep end)and not a lot of shallow water area for the elementarry age grandkids.

Amazing Home, Great Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental home was great! We stayed at the Laguna Breeze property with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 8-17). The home was plenty big for all of us. Pool and hot tub were great to have. The house came with a paddle board and kayaks that we used on the lake/ canals. We were also able to catch fish off the dock. The home was clean and ready for us upon check-in, and was exactly as described. The property manager (Valerie) was wonderful to work with. She was always responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival or during our stay. She was very helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to rent a “larger” home for themselves or a group. We would happily rent this again. Location was very centralized for our activities and close to restaurants, groceries, ect. We made day trips including to the Everglades area (1.5hrs), Naples (1hr) and Sanibel (30min). Overall we were very impressed, and our expectations were exceeded.

Great Family Getaway

Beautifully spacious, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals for our group of 7 adults & 3 kids. The large dinner table outside was perfect to eat our meals together overlooking the gorgeous pool & rivers. We found this house also had lots of areas to get alone to read a book or relax - especially the tiki hut where we saw awesome sunsets. We would love to rent here again except it is a bit of a drive to the beaches, 30 minutes to fort Myers. But other than that - it was 5 minute drive to Publix and pharmacy, Target & Walmart were 10 minute drive. Valerie was very quick with responses to our questions and provided all check in details clearly. Loved our holiday here!

Comfortable and Outstanding

We loved spending our Christmas New Years holiday here. The home is well stocked with everything you may need to experience a relaxing and perfect vacation. Fantastic restaurants located nearby if needed . The pool, pooldeck, hot tub, and pier/dock are top notch. Beautiful home furnishings. And thank you to Valerie for making for being so helpful. We will be back. . .

They had the essentials for kitchen bathroom towels etc. but in addition couple bikes, paddle board, kayaks and some fishing poles. Wonderful touches to make it easy to enjoy your stay. We did have an issue w the hot water heater which was responded to promptly by the property manager and plumber. Master bedroom wonderful w access to full bathroom with shower. Other two bedroooms on other end of house w separate bathroom w shower. Grand living area but where this place is at its best is with the expansive outdoor areas to dine, lounge, fish, relax, lay in the sun. Pool was very inviting. Overall wonderful stay! Great communication and easy check in.

Thanksgiving Week

We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Breeze. The house was perfect for the 8 of us. The kids loved the pool to relax in when we returned from our days excursions and everyone enjoyed having their own bedroom. A very fun and relaxing week.
