PUERTO RICO está de vuelta! Nuestro edificio cuenta con ENERGÍA, AGUA, AIRE ACONDICIONADO CENTRAL y CABLE / WIFI. La playa es hermosa como siempre! La piscina de tamaño olímpico ahora abre de 7 a.m. a 10 p.m. Propietario operado y mantenido (Gabriel)! Condominio extra limpio! Estamos frente al mar! Verdadero condominio frente al mar / playa de un dormitorio con cama queen size y sofá cama de tamaño completo en la mejor playa y el mejor edificio de Isla Verde. Tiene un aire acondicionado central nuevo (instalado en mayo de 2015) y muebles nuevos. Cocina completamente equipada (recién instalada, encimeras de cuarzo de noviembre de 2015) como en casa. Sillas de playa Tommy Bahamas, sábana / tapete de playa, juguetes de playa y refrigerador. Tenemos cortinas BLACK-OUT para una noche de sueño reparador. ¡Proporcionamos una caja de bloqueo de teclas para que pueda ENTRAR en cualquier momento!

Marbella Del Caribe Este (Este) es uno de los condominios más buscados. Se encuentra en la "avenida principal" en la avenida Isla Verde, donde hay muchos restaurantes, casinos, bancos, empresas de alquiler de automóviles y un Walgreens las 24 horas (al otro lado de la calle) a poca distancia. Aparcamiento interior seguro GRATUITO con fácil acceso a los ascensores. ¡El automóvil NO es necesario para nuestra ubicación a menos que desee explorar la hermosa isla!

El complejo ofrece seguridad las 24 horas, los 7 días de la semana, acceso a la playa a la misma playa que el Intercontinental Resort Hotel y El San Juan Hotel por la mitad del precio, terrenos privados que incluyen una piscina olímpica, piscina para niños, cancha de tenis, voleibol / baloncesto cancha, parque infantil, mesas de picnic y barbacoa. Estacionamiento privado cubierto con acceso directo en ascensor al condominio. Ofrecemos sillas de playa.

El condominio está a 10 minutos y un taxi de $ 17 (no permiten que Uber lo recoja) viaje desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de San Juan (sin ruido de avión), y solo a 15 minutos del Condado y 20 minutos del Viejo San Juan. Cerca de las principales autopistas para acceder fácilmente a toda la isla.

The condo I stayed in was everything described and more. It was my first time to visit Puerto Rico and I loved the island very much. Gabriel was the perfect host and once we established a connection he made many wonderful recommendations. The view from the balcony was beautiful! He had many things labeled that really helped. The property was safe, the pool was lovely and access to the beach was easy. A Walgreens was right across the street that was very handy and a market down the street had lots of choices. There were lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance. I had a great time and was most appreciative of the hospitality! I especially liked Jose, the security guard at the check in desk. Everyone was very helpful and polite.

Great place right on the beach! The host was amazing the whole week! We had some issues with water that wasn't the buildings fault but the owner communicated with us the whole time to make sure we knew when water would be available. Unit is located right next to anything you would possibly need and was very close to airport. Would stay here again!

Gabriel was an exceptional host. This unit suited our needs. Perfect for two people. We used it as a home base for exploring this beautiful island, plus it put us only steps to the beach. I would highly recommend.

The apartment was exactly what was advertised. Excellent access to the beach, an amazing pool, and close to so many grocery stores and inexpensive food options. A 10 uber to many San Juan attractions. Isla Verde beach was clean and beautiful!

We rented Gabriel’s condo for a month. The keyless key entry was awesome, the condo was clean the kitchen was stocked enough to cook a decent meal on the days we didn’t eat out. We brought our work with us so the only real challenge was a lot of work was being done on units so the jack hammer sound was annoying but of course that had nothing to do with Gabriel. The noise was out of everyone’s control. The only other thing that was a bit annoying was the very loud shut off noise the AC makes. I would suggest proper fitting bedding for people that stay longer than two weeks. The sheets that were on the bed were fine however when I wanted to change out the sheets to wash the sheets didn’t fit that bed they were way too big. Other than these minor house keeping issues the condo was great the location top their close to everything most things needed or wanted was within walking distance and access to the beach was great. Also what we loved was the provision of beach chairs toys cooler and umbrella Gabriel thought of everything. One of the beach chairs broke we called Gabriel and he switched the chair out right away. The view was nice the breeze even better. We found ourselves not using the AC during the day too much as the ocean breeze was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and would stay again if Gabriel would have us. Thank you Gabriel for the hospitality.

Gabriel was an excellent host. He is very accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. The unit was immaculate. Clean and with everything you could possibly need. Location is great. Lots of restaurants close by and a beautiful beach right there. Highly recommend!

This was by far the best condo we've stayed at, add to that the best beach ever and you have a truly amazing vacation. Gabriel is a fantastic host and has paid attention to every detail one could imagine.

Condo is in a great location with restaurants in walking distance. Condo is beachfront and host does amazing job of communicating with you before and during your stay if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We live in Brooklyn New York but plan to spend several months at our condo during winter once we retire.
Currently we go down 2-4 times per year to enjoy the beautiful beach and island but also to make sure the condo is in top condition at all times.
Not just a rental place!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased this property because of the beautiful beach/condominium. The location is fantastic. We are about 10 minutes from San Juan's International Airport , 15 minutes away from Condado, and 20 minutes from Old San Juan. Hotels, shopping, entertainment are all within 2 blocks of the building. Water sports are available right on the beach. We have been coming to P.R. for over 20 years and this has always been our favorite building. The 3 mile beach is great for morning walks/runs and it is cleaned (tractor raked) every morning. Future winter retirement home!
