Dinner alfresco at one of the cafes at Paseo De La Fama Park on the beach. FREE: Thurs. live Jazz at the Vanderbilt. Saturdays, live salsa music & dancing at The Marriott across the street. Calle Louisa trendy cafes & clubs or Placita Santurce block party every night with live music. Go to T-Mobile Central for live outdoor music and multiple restaurant choices. Brunch by the pool at the Vanderbilt with live DJ. There is no 24 hrs. check in, Check In time are from 1:00 pm thru 7:00 pm

Well, this was our third stay in three years at The Happy Place and it just keeps getting better and better. The place is always immaculate comfortable and very convenient. The host and her assistant, who meets us at the property has always been very sweet and helpful. Can’t wait for our next Puerto Rico adventure at The Happy Place.

Honeymoon/ First time in Puerto Rico

The property is right on the beach and the balcony view is great. We stayed for a week and this is a prime location for anyone staying in san juan for a teip. The property is within walking distance of many eatery/ drink spots and if you are traveling to other spots, its a short uber ride from many of the destinations you might be seeing. Overall Elsa is a very commincative host and the property manager Mr. Ramos is very friendly and easily approachable for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to the Puerto Rico and the condo we stayed at was absolutely perfect. The attendant, Senor Ramos, was so incredibly kind and helpful and it seemed like he was always around working on something. Despite being in such a busy part of the city, we felt safely tucked away in our own private, ventilated, space. The views are incredible. We spent most of our vacation having our meals by the ocean, playing in the water, and watching the sunrise. The condo has everything you'll need, from cooking pots and blenders, to beach chairs and towels. When our rental car wouldn't start, Senor Ramos even had jumper cables he lent to us. Anything you need is a two-minute walk away and even the tours, museums , and Old San Juan, are at most a 10-15 minute drive away (the air-port included), depending on traffic. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect beach vacation.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend

We had a wonderful week at The Happy Place. The view of the ocean is spectacular. The waves are nature's sound machine, creating a peaceful relaxing environment for sleeping. The building is very secure, fenced and gated, with a secure elevator. The neighborhood is lots of fun, lively with restaurants galore. Overall a great stay - highly recommend.

My Heart is Full!

First time to Puerto Rico, I am half Puerto Rican and my family is from there. I searched for places all over and came across this Happy Place! It sure was, everything you need, comfort, style, beachfront, the sound of waves, parking, location, and the view! With floor to ceiling windows, and screens that open you get a nice breeze and view of the Ocean 24/7! Mr Ramos was amazing and Elsa very responsive. I even shared the location with Family so if they have out of town guests come into town they could stay here. The convenience of stores, restaurants, Starbucks, etc. This place will be reserved the next time we go! I was sad to leave, but I must say my experience in PR was one for the books, and this Condo had a lot to do with our experience. I hope you can enjoy this space!

Beautiful property with direct oceanfront view. Super convenient and very safe area. No need for auto rental- Short ride from airport with much to choose from (dining / casinos) a short walk away when not relaxing on the beach.
