Un estudio recién remodelado de 51 m² en un piso alto de la icónica ESJ Tower.

Este elegante y cómodo refugio está completamente equipado con todo lo que necesitas, incluyendo una cama king, sofá cama, kitchenette y lavadora/secadora en la unidad. Despierta con impresionantes vistas al océano, disfruta de tu café matutino en el balcón privado y accede directamente a la hermosa playa de Isla Verde, una de las más espectaculares de Puerto Rico.

It was a beautiful room, but the view pictured left me thinking it was a direct view of the ocean and none of the notes or codes were provided. I called to get them. I wish they were sent to e-mail or texted to my phone, but they were not.

The unit was a nice size...a little strange though as the bathroom was right off the kitchen with frosted barn doors. You can see the sea from the balcony but there are a lot of buildings in the view as well. Very close to the airport, we were able to watch the planes take off. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

My stay at the condo was perfect. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. As a solo female traveler, that is very important to me. The view is a 10/10 and the highlight of the unit. Watching the planes take off was awesome! When the doors are closed, it’s not loud at all. I absolutely loved it and will stay again in the future. The communication with the host was also very good.

Wonderful unit with very updated, sleek furnishings and comfortable bed. The kitchen has items to cook with if you desire. Easy to get to beach by just going downstairs to beach gate.

Breathtaking views!

Incredible views and plenty to do! The beach is just steps away, and there’s even a casino right next door. Restaurants are within walking distance, and everything you need is right here. The washer and dryer are such a bonus! Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent stay! Would definitely book here again. Very modern and clean! Great location close to everything and only a few feet away from the beach! Only thing missing was a pool, but the beach featured many amenities! The people were also very friendly!

Beautiful Stay

This property looks just like it does in the photos. It is clean with very easy beach access (sunset photo taken from the beach), a cute cafe for breakfast in the lobby, free assigned parking and walking distance to food and casino and easy access to the highway. Hosts gave clear instructions for everything. The only con which is out of the hosts control is how loud the planes are because of how close the property is to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Exactly like showed on the listing. This place is new, well decorated with an awesome view of the ocean. Multiple outlets to charge your devices and all new pots and pans.Location is great, right next to The Fairmont and direct private access to the beach.Will return for sure.

We had a wonderful stay and could not have been more pleased with our location and cleanliness of the unit. The island lost power during our stay and our hostesses, Alice and Davis checked on us throughout our stay and updated us on the power restoration. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to PR.

RETURNED AGAIN ...

I stayed at this beautiful and relaxing condo again, just a month later. (First time was in February 2025)This time, I brought my companion with me. He was very impressed with owners (Alice and Davis) and the property as well.Alice and Davis's condo is spotless, well appointed, and has every amenity a person might need. This time, I realized there was a washer and dryer, which I didn't notice when I was here in February.The balcony view is spectacular and the beach access is through the lobby and then, the private gate. Shopping, restaurants, entertainment and casinos are within walking distance. The location is ideal.When I return to Puerto Rico, I will stay here again. Alice and Davis are gracious hosts and very accomodating. Communication is excellent.

Great little studio with a nice view easy access to the beach and restaurants. Close to our god parents in Carolina. Quick drive to San Juan. Alice was patient and great with responding to any questions.

ESJ Towers is our favorite place to stay! The apartment is beautiful, full of sunlight, clean and fresh. Great views and direct access to the beach. Alice was a great host & very accommodating! We would love to stay here again in the future. Thank you again for everything!

Welcoming Oasis on Isla Verde

This high rise condo at ESJ is wonderful in every way. I called it "my castle suite" because I felt like a queen the moment I stepped inside. This condominium is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The super king bed is comfortable, and the pillows are "dreamy". There is a comfortable couch as well as a desk and chair. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a flat range stove top, a microwave, and a refrigerator. There is nice seating at the counter as well. Closet and drawer space is more than adequate. The balcony is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful view and the sunsets. Lighting in the unit is thoughtfully placed, and the electrical outlets were put in handy locations throughout the condo. On the Towers' premises, there is a small bar (try a pina colada while you're there - delicious!) There is also a game room, and a mini-Mart. Everyone in the reception area was friendly and helpful.You have private access to the beach, and chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. The property is in easy walking distance to restaurants, casinos, Walgreens and various shops.The hosts, Alice and Davis, are helpful, kind and considerate. They were quick to respond to my messages, and made sure I had everything I needed. Check-in was seamless. They made me feel "right at home".My stay at Alice's and Davis' condo was just perfect. I will return there again and again. Mari
