Blissful Luxury Duplex Upper - 2 1/2 Blocks to the Beach

Unwind after a long day of sightseeing in this beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom upper apartment with all modern amenities and designated workspace conveniently located half a mile from Neshotah Beach and Two Rivers North Pierhead Light Tower as well as local restaurants.
This property features a private entrance, central air, shared laundry, shared hot tub, and plenty of shared parking for your vehicles or boat trailer. This property is protected by ADT Security, details under space.

This property is professionally managed by Ruesch Management, with an office in downtown Green Bay and a 24 hour emergency maintenance line if any issues should arise. The maintenance technician that we use for this property is local to Manitowoc and is available on short notice in the event of an emergency.


The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The park is a block and a half away and the beach is just through the park. There are many stores for supplies. Fatso is a great place for pizza!

This unit has a private entry door for contactless 24-hour check -in. The door code will be sent to you at 3:00 PM on the day prior to your check-in. Early check-in may be available for an additional fee.

This three bedroom upper level apartment has an ADT Security system equipped with video surveillance on the exterior of the building and door sensors that will capture approx. 30 seconds of video when someone enters the apartment. The interior camera is located near the entryways and does not record beyond the approx. 30 seconds after the door is opened.

The exterior area is shared between the upper and lower levels of the duplex. This includes the patio, driveway, and hot tub. There will be a privacy fence, awning, and gazebo installed on the property in the future but we do not have a timeline on these items at this time. The hot tub is fully functional and usable but is shared with both upper and lower units.

Two Rivers is included in the Manitowoc Public Transportation System. For information about the bus route please visit their website.

Uber/Lyft/Cabs are also easily available in this area.

Please note that due to the varying length of stays at this property, we do not provide continuous disposable items such as soaps/detergents/cleaning chemicals, trash bags, coffee filters, spices/cooking oil, or paper products. Our cleaners provide a few starter disposable items for your initial arrival. The unit is fully furnished with linens, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Cute place!
We enjoyed our ‘girls weekend’ stay at this cute place. Everything was very clean and we loved how close our location was to the beautiful beach. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub as well. It was just a quick drive to the events/shopping/restaurants in Manitowoc that we wanted to experience. Lovely!

Perfect Place to Reunite
This property is very, very nice and well appointed! My 5 adult children all stayed together here and were quite comfortable! We did not get to enjoy the great common space down in the fenced in backyard because we ran out of time but that space is a great added bonus to this property! On Sunday, we made a delicious breakfast in the fully stocked kitchen. For those of you who love to cook, even when they are on vacation, this place is for you! I took a great road bike ride on the Mariners Trail to Manitowoc and back...all along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan. A highlight for me! The garbage removal instructions were a bit vague so we ended up just taking our garbage with us so we wouldn't get fined. It is important to note that is property is managed by a third party. So you will get communications from them after you book, not VRBO or the Hosts. But the hosts were also very responsive to my messages. Happy Travels, Jenn

Two Rivers
This was a super cute and clean and nicely updated house in Two Rivers. We enjoyed the furnishings and the airy-ness of the unit. We also had communication with the property management company and owner while there and they were very helpful and efficient. We would happily stay here again. The town was also very cute with some great local artwork and food options. Convenient access to stores and beach.

Very nice experience
Wonderful location to walk to the beach. Unit is newly renovated, clean and thoughtfully furnished. The shared hot tub was an added benefit we didn't seek but ended up enjoying. We were the first guests and had to work through some alarm activation kinks, but overall enjoyed the home and would definitely stay there again. Something to note: this is not someone's home so you don't have to worry about personal items, but as it is a new rental you also will not have some of the amenities of a fully-stocked kitchen & bath. Ex, coffee, sugar, or even high quality knives. Still well worth the stay, just prepare to bring these items or purchase during your stay.
