The house was in a great location. Situated on a beautiful tree lined street and within walking distance to the beach and town. There was a cozy feel and a beachy vibe that was excentuated by the outdoor space. We very much enjoyed our time and would stay again.

Comfortable house with all the amenities

Great Family Home

We loved our time here over New Years weekend. Plenty of space for 5 adults. We really appreciated the comfy beds, hot tub and walkability to town. Would be glad to return!!

Lovely just lovely

What a great place! We were very pleased with how clean this property was. The attention to detail was fantastic! They even had towels, baggies, and a covering for the dogs! The hot tub was nice on a chilly day. Location to Manzanita beach was so nice. Cozy beds and pillows. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. This our family of 2 adults, 2 teenage boys, and two little dogs perfectly.

Cozy Getaway!

The home was very inviting, and there were yummy treats on the table for us when we got there. So sweet! It is in such a great neighborhood. While sitting on the couch, we could watch folks walking by with their dogs—that’s always a plus! The privacy of the fence outside was nice, too. The fireplace warmed the room quickly, and having the hot tub was awesome! We all went in several times during our two nights there. You really should book this place. You will love it, too!

Perfect. Each Stay

Such a great home nestled in the trees. It is a short walk to the beach or the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. It was peaceful, has an amazing front patio space and a jacuzzi. Great WiFi and the tv is a Roku device so you an easily access your favorite Netflix or MAX shows. Kitchen has ample dishes and flatware. Fridge is spacious and makes ice which was a huge plus. This place is perfect to make your own meals or just take a quick stroll to the Main Street. People in the area are very friendly and everyone seems very relaxed. The big plus is how incredibly dog friendly Manzanita is.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

The house was immaculate and the location was amazing. We could easily walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets within a few minutes. If you are in Manzanita on a Friday, the farmers market is amazing and very close to the house. Communication with Jeffie before and during our trip was great. She even left a little treat at the house for our son who was in Oregon to compete in the Jr. Olympics! If you are looking for a beautiful, spotless, conveniently located home in Manzanita- look no further. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Oregon coast.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at Sea Shell. It was extremely hot, which is unusual for the beach, but we enjoyed ourselves. Property management team was super prompt and helpful with answering questions. They delivered an extra fan within 10 minutes of contacting them! Much appreciated with the hot temps. House itself was very quirky and cute. Fenced yard was a bonus for our pups. It was small, and the fence may need to be a bit sturdier for some dogs, but ours did fine. Definitely recommend!

The rooms were good size and had plenty of extra linens and pillows. The only thing I would recommend is having more kitchen supplies. Ran out of dish and laundry soap quickly. And the kitchen cookware was a bit lacking in quantity and quality. But an overall wonderful stay at this beautiful home

Thank you for the feedback. The laundry soap is small and most people miss it. They are laundry Sheets and they are in a box located on the shelf next to the washer and dryer. Some people are not used to them so we will post a sign that will help. The dish soap is in the dispenser on the sink so it may have seemed like hand soap. We will label that as well.

The home was spotless. Good location. I could hear the ocean from my bedroom. The hot tub was great. The check in process was easy. It was a beach trip for my Mom's 85th birthday. The only thing I wish I was aware of were the stairs (not pictured) to the upper floor were a bit much for us elderly (ish) women. The furniture is on the small side and not very comfortable. The living room is on the small side. But everything else was great. I would stay here again with more fit friends. The front garden/patio is lovely as are the white lilacs. So relaxing sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars. I love Manzanita!

Comfortable, quiet sanctuary!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in many Airbnbs over the years and also are vacation rental owners ourselves for 30 years. So it is not lately that we say, not only is this lovely little home very comfortable and inviting, but Sunset to Sunset Management is also was helpful, responsive, and reliable when we had inquiries. The beds were all quite comfortable, according to everyone's reports, and though the footprint of the home and its outside space aren't huge, we fully enjoyed the quiet side yard with a bench and sanctuary-like with foliage all around. We enjoyed our morning coffee with the pups on this side yard and the new hot tub just added to our peaceful retreat. This is the first time we stayed somewhere where the outside social area is in front of the house, but the fire table with its six comfortable chairs, and the additional two side chairs, worked perfectly for our family gathering, and the brand new gas barbecue worked great! We all enjoyed wonderful conversation and dinner in front. No, there was a wonderful heater out there, we certainly didn't need it for the beautiful The street and neighborhood are so quiet, even with other people outside nearby, we had absolutely no issues enjoying our time and relaxing. The kitchen's pr grade gas stove is simply beautiful and a pleasure to cook on! The Roku TV enabled us to watch, shows or listen to music, or stream our own accounts for entertainment. The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes and the walk to town is just a couple blocks. Lastly, it seems so few rentals have king size beds, so having the king size bed in the primary bedroom is fabulous! Primary is downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs, and though there is no en suite, it's right next to the primary entrance and was as convenient as an en suite bathroom. The wonderful design and decor of the home was clearly done lovingly and we highly recommend this this lovely home to get away to Manzanita and to also get away from the busyness just a couple blocks away!

All the information in the binder was very helpful. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to sharpen the cooking knife set.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We appreciated the dog basket and human goodies provided. We would stay there again for sure! Our only regret is that we didn't stay long enough.

Great weekend cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sea Shell is a pleasant cottage for our small family gathering. The kitchen is well equipped. It's a short walk to the beach and groceries. This was our first stay in Manzanita and we will definitely visit again. Rental staff were very helpful and prompt with answers to our questions before, during and after our stay.
