This house boast 2,834 sqft in one of the best locations on the resort community of Terre Verde, with a beautiful lake and fountain view. Enjoy resort style living and the comforts of home conveniently located to amusement parks, shopping and so much more! Take an easy walk to the club house with a beach entry pool, Tiki Bar, gym, movie theater, arcade, miniature golf, sports deck, and more.
This is a tranquil and quiet gated community where the house is directly overlooking the lake. Sit by the water and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Have a glass of wine with the fire pit at night.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials along with a Keurig, Ninja, and other handy tools to make your stay more enjoyable.
The bedrooms have large smart TVs and comfortable beds. There are two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms.
This home includes 3 king size beds, 2 queen size beds and 2 twin size beds. There is also a crib for the little one to safely sleep.
Enjoy our plush reclining leather sectional with cozy soft throw blankets to snuggle up in and truly make yourself at home!
