Personalized recommendations for daily activities included in each booking and access to Burnt Cedar Beach (seasonal), which includes a toddler pool, heated pool with slide, tiki bar, snack bar and playground (cards are prepaid and guests to reimburse host for entry fees).

Cozy, mountain modern 3-bdrm, 2.5 bath Tahoe condo with an open concept living/dining/kitchen, vaulted ceilings and fireplace with pellet stove.

Complete renovation done in 2023 including brand new bathrooms, flooring, paint, light fixtures, railings, and high-end furniture throughout. All the TVs have access to cable through the Spectrum app, which includes Starz and HBO. In June 2025 we installed a brand new AC system, consisting of a 3-ton Mitsubishi mini-split outdoor heat pump, a 24k unit in the living room, and three 6k units in each of the bedrooms. On the wall in each room is a remote to control the temperature.

On shuttle route to Diamond Peak (only Tahoe ski resort that allows 6 and under for free) and 20-25 min. drive to both Northstar and Mt. Rose. 12-25 min walk or 5-10 min drive to restaurants, coffee shops, Incline Village beaches, Incline Bowl, Incline Village Recreation Center with lap pool, sauna and workout equipment, Hyatt with Lone Eagle Grill Restaurant overlooking the lake, Grand Lodge Casino and Stillwater Spa, Incline Village Tennis & Pickleball Center, Mountain and Championship golf courses, Raley's grocery store, and the East Shore lake-front running and bike trail.

Parking is easy (park in any open spot) and spots are almost always available directly in front of the condo so you won't have to lug your bags far. Two open parking spaces are allocated to each condo and parking passes for you to put on your vehicles for the duration of your stay are inside on the coat hooks.

At the entrance of the home - we have a storage space right opposite the front door which includes 6 beach chairs, towels, a beach umbrella, floaties, travel cooler, swim noodle, beach toys, goggles and a boogie board (key to outside closet is underneath the kitchen stove). For the cold weather, we have umbrellas, sleds and space for your skis if you’d like to temporarily keep them there. Two sets of walking sticks are available for mountain treks.

When you arrive, a few stairs and walkway will lead you to the home. Inside, there is a coat rack in the main hallway, and shoe shelf for your shoes and gear. We ask our guests to take off their shoes in the house to keep the house clean.

A keypad is located on the front door and your own unique door code will open the door. We change the code with each guest and nobody has the key except us and our housekeeper. Backup keys are in a lockbox outside the front door.

All three bedrooms are located on the lower floor which is perfect for temperature control for those who like to sleep cool or hot at night. Each bedroom has its own baseboard heater and thermostat so everyone can heat as much or as little as they are comfortable with.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with Casper memory foam mattress, 680 thread count cotton sheets, down quilts and pillows, blackout curtains, and a Samsung 55" QLED frame TV. Night lights, wireless chargers and fully dimmable sound machines / alarm clocks provide a comfortable wind-down environment. Ear plugs are in the nightstands in case you forgot yours at home. There is an en suite bathroom with a shower with bath amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and extras in case you forgot a toothbrush, razor, shower cap or makeup wipes at home. Memory foam and down alternative pillows, extra blankets, laundry basket, bathrobes, folding desk, iron, luggage rack, and bolted safe are in the closet. Settle in and store your clothes and extra things in the drawer chest, night stands and closet. Upon request, we will set up a crib with organic sheets for your little one.

The queen guest room is down the hall, close to the 2nd bathroom. Includes a brand-new mattress with a 3" Novaform gel memory foam mattress topper, 680 thread count cotton sheets, down quilts and pillows, blackout curtains, and a Samsung 43" TV. Night lights, wireless chargers and fully dimmable sound machines / alarm clocks provide a comfortable wind-down environment. Ear plugs are in the nightstands and a luggage rack, laundry basket and extra blankets are in the closet. Store your belongings in the closet, night stands and drawer chest. This bedroom backs up to pine trees and is very quiet at night.

A third bedroom across from the 2nd bathroom has a bunkbed with two full beds (perfect for a single guest, kids, or a couple) that include brand-new Novaform foam mattresses, 680 thread count cotton sheets, down quilts and pillows, blackout curtains, and a TCL 43" TV. It includes a mural and swing to provide a quiet place for kids to calm down after a long beach or ski day. Store belongings in the bunkbed drawers, under bunkbed storage, night stand and closet. The closet includes Magformers and ZOOBs for the kids to explore their creativity while the adults relax. It also includes a sensory blanket and noise-cancelling headphones for kids who need extra sensory supports. It includes all the amenities as the queen guest bedroom, a vacuum cleaner, and also backs up to peaceful pine trees. Beware as your kids may sleep in later than expected in this cozy, quiet environment! All beds have fully zipped waterproof mattress protectors as we know accidents happen. Just let us know if your child has one so we can wash the mattress protector after your visit.

The second full bathroom is opposite the third bedroom and has a deep soak bathtub (15 in. soaking depth) for the kids to splash around in or to soak your muscles after a long hike or ski day. It includes all the amenities you need to get cleaned up, include Honest shampoo and conditioner and non-slip bath mat for the little ones.

The washer / dryer is in the hallway closet downstairs with everything you need to wash laundry as well as an iron, first aid kit, Advil, Tums, sun screen, bug spray, sewing kit, extra towels, washing and cleaning supplies, folding chairs to use with dining table leaf or with the folding working desk (in the primary bedroom closet) for those who need to catch up on work. Includes brooms and mops in case you need to clean up any spills.

Upstairs you'll find the living room, dining room, kitchen, wet bar and powder room. Upon request, we will set up a gate at the top of the stairs so that you can relax while your toddlers safely roam.

The living room is light and airy with throw pillows, textured blankets and plenty of seating for everyone. A beautiful Samsung 75” frame is great for watching your favorite TV shows and movies. A Vizio sound bar and two speakers provide excellent sound for music or movies. An air mattress is available (in bunkbed guest room closet) and can be set up in the living room for you upon request. Crank up the pellet fireplace stove (operates with wireless remote) while you play games or read a book by the fire.

There are board games, grown up and childrens' books, a DVD player, DVDs and playing cards available.

The dining room seats six people comfortably, and you'll appreciate nice dishes, tableware, glassware and placemats for your gathering. Extension is available for the table (located in primary bedroom closet) along with foldable chairs (located in laundry closet) to expand for 8 people. There are also two bar stools nearby for additional seating at the bar. A foldable high chair and plastic dishes for your little ones round out the dining arrangements.

The bar is a space to experiment with new cocktails and to store your favorite beverage in the wine refrigerator. It is complete with bar tools and glasses for your drink of choice, along with cocktail recipes to spice up your routine.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric induction stovetop, toaster oven / air fryer and toaster.

We have a coffee and tea station with a grinder, 12-cup coffee maker, electric kettle and everything you need to make that perfect cup of tea or coffee. We also have a host of other cooking equipment, including waffle maker, rice cooker, griddle, blender and water filter.

The living room opens up to a private deck with a brand new Weber grill, fire table, gas heater, loveseat, umbrella, bluetooth speaker, mosquito repellent, hanging lights, Adirondack chairs, toddler chairs and a giant connect 4 game to keep the little ones occupied while you enjoy the gorgeous views and smells of the surrounding nature. We provide a S'mores kit for all the ingredients needed for roasting on the open fire of the table on the deck!

We have thought of the needs of any little visitors with a removable gate at the top of the stairs, a foldable crib and high chair, kids decor in the third guest bedroom, child-friendly seating on the porch and in the living room, step stools in each room and bathroom and plastic bowls and cups as well as a fully-stocked s'mores kit.
