The Location
Lake Tahoe`s Incline Beach is just 1 mile away. For open public access, Sand Harbor State Beach — one of Tahoe`s most breathtaking stretches of shoreline — is a short 10-minute drive south on Hwy 28, with kayak rentals, crystal-clear water, and jaw-dropping views. Hidden Beach, just minutes away off Hwy 28, offers a quieter, more secluded experience with rocky alcoves and free access. Kings Beach on the California side is another easy 15-minute drive for a lively, wide sandy beach with restaurants and water rentals right on the shore.
When the trails call, you`re in the right place. The legendary Flume Trail starts just minutes away — one of the most scenic mountain bike and hiking routes in all of Tahoe, with sweeping lake views that make every step worth it. The Tahoe Rim Trail is also easily accessible from Incline Village, offering everything from casual lakeside walks to full-day ridge hikes with panoramic Sierra Nevada views. For waterfall chasers, Incline Falls is a short hike right in the neighborhood.
The Home
Inside, you`ll find a spacious, light-filled layout designed for easy living. Gather in the open kitchen — fully stocked and ready for everything from morning coffee to post-hike dinners. Step outside to your private patio and fire up the BBQ grill as the sun dips behind the mountains. Fast Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected when you need it, and thoughtful touches throughout mean you can arrive, unpack, and immediately start relaxing.

Check-In & Check-Out
• Check-in is at 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request — please inquire at least 24 hours in advance.
• Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur an additional fee.
• Please leave the home in the same condition as you found it, with dishes washed, trash bagged, and linens left on beds.

Pets
Pets are not allowed on the property. A $500 fine will be charged per pet for any evidence of pets during your stay.

Occupancy & Guests
• Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced as listed in your booking. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
• Day visitors must be pre-approved by the host and are included in the max occupancy count.
• Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Noise & Neighbors
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.
• No loud music, excessive noise, or outdoor gatherings after quiet hours.
• Incline Village is a residential community — please treat it as such.

Smoking & Substances
• This is a non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind (including cannabis) is strictly prohibited indoors.
• Outdoor smoking is permitted only in designated areas away from doors and windows. Please dispose of all materials properly.
• Any evidence of indoor smoking will result in a cleaning fee of $500 or more.

Parking
• A maximum of 2 vehicles can park. No parking on Ski Way or neighboring streets.
• Recreational vehicles, trailers, and boats are not permitted on the property without prior approval.

Property Care
• Please treat the home and its contents with care. Report any damage or maintenance issues to the host immediately.
• Do not rearrange or remove furniture from the home.
• All trash must be placed in designated bins. Bear-proof containers are provided — please use them.
• Wildfire risk is high in summer. Never leave candles or outdoor fires unattended. No open fires outside designated fire pits.

Kitchen & Appliances
• Please clean all dishes, cookware, and appliances before check-out.
• The grill is available for use — please clean after each use and ensure it is fully off.
• Do not leave food out overnight — bears are active in the area.

Pool Access
• No glass containers in or around the pool.
• Maximum occupancy per posted guidelines.
• Children must be supervised at all times.
