We're excited to welcome you to this 3rd floor mid-century modern styled apartment with Smart TVs and walking distance to local amenities such as the local grocery stores, restaurants and nearby community bars/restaurants. In addition to this, nearby highway access makes commuting to midtown/downtown Austin and Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Leander a breeze. In addition to this, we're located approximately 10 minutes from the domain when commuting outside of peak hours.

We are pet-friendly but do require a pet fee. It's in our house rules.

You must climb the stairs to enter this property. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

Please note that you may hear some noise from the ongoing construction in the building.

This complex itself is a bit older and may show its age, but we do our best to keep everything clean and fresh.

Austin does have bugs, especially when it is hot. We do regular pest control. If you do see anything, let us know, and we can have someone come out. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Texas there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs.

You'll be provided with basic amenities when you book our place (e.g. hand soap, toilet paper) but further supply needs to be purchased on your own, especially for longer stays.

Please note that the bathtub has some chipped paint, and parts of the bathroom wall require recaulk. We are currently addressing these maintenance concerns. Additionally, because the bathtub is older, it may take a bit longer to drain. However, it is still fully functional.

We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish. Please note the couch is slightly older and there is some light discoloration that may appear as staining. Rest assured that the unit has been sanitized and cleaned prior to arrival.

NOTE: Since your unit is on the 3rd floor, as Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

There's a security camera pointing at the door entrance for safety purposes.

To abide by all legal requirements and property security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal, and/or, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

The apartment was dirty, the entry door could not be secured from the inside, old dead bolt hole was just covered with tape, hall bath counter was dirty and moldy. The bathtub was cracked, peeling and dirty. Limited towels for 4 people and they had tips and stains.Dirty dishes in the cabinet, floors were sticky and dirty. Most of all, the A/C was inoperable and the weather was in the 80’s and A/C was more than necessary. I notified the contact person, sent photos and video and informed him we were vacating after one night, requesting a refund of the two nights we would not be staying in the apartment. I am getting the runaround regarding the condition of the apartment. It was mid-represented on the website.Additionally, the furniture was in poor condition, couch was old, saggy and stained. Dressers were in poor condition, as were the night stands.Pictures on the website are very misleading. I do not recommend this property at all. Additionally, it is in a sketchy area and is an apartment complex with overflowing garbage areas, no working pool, and abandoned cars

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for transparency. The apartment was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to check-in, with cleaning documentation to support this. No cleaning issues were noted before arrival. The photos you shared show normal wear and tear, which can occur in any home and does not indicate that the unit was unclean. Floors were vacuumed and mopped; if they felt sticky, this can sometimes result from the cleaning solution used. We understand that you requested a refund; however, after reviewing the cleaning documentation from our professional cleaners and the photos provided, no cleaning-related issues were found, so the refund was not approved, and it appears the review may have been influenced by this outcome. The listing photos accurately represent the unit, though we understand personal perspective can vary. Regarding the area, this is the first time we’ve received feedback describing it as unsafe, as most guests comment positively on how quiet and secure the complex is. Thank you for notifying us about the A/C issue. Maintenance was informed immediately and addressed it, and it’s unfortunate the stay was cut short before it could be fully resolved.
