The Experience
Emerald Haven is a custom-designed townhouse located in the heart of Seattle, Washington.

The seamless flow of the open floor plan creates an inviting atmosphere, perfect for a Seattle getaway. The entry den provides a custom desk equipped with an ultra-wide curved monitor, the ideal setting to focus for remote work or study. The other corner is a perfect spot to curl up with a good book -- we have a few you can choose from on the shelf.

The townhouse features a top-level loft-style primary bedroom that adds a touch of modern charm to the overall aesthetic. The primary bedroom is complete with a queen-size bed, large walk-in closet and a patio where you can take in the city skyline and the majestic Cascade mountains. Indulge in the spa-like experience provided by the master bathroom, featuring a Kohler ceiling-mount bathtub. Complimentary bath salts and bubble bath are provided so you can relax and rejuvenate after a day of exploring the city. To enhance your comfort and convenience, high-end Public Goods toiletries (paraben/sulfate free) and fluffy towels are provided in each bathroom.

The living room has a loveseat sofa, leather lounge chair, and a high-end Samsung Frame TV for your entertainment. Natural light streams in through large windows, creating an inviting, airy ambiance and offering a glimpse of the Seattle skyline.

The second bedroom offers versatility and functionality, featuring a custom-made queen-size Murphy bed. When not in use, the bed seamlessly folds away, creating additional room to relax and unwind or space to setup the wall-mounted fold-down desk and get some work done. The thoughtful design of this bedroom ensures both comfort and practicality for your stay.

The fully-equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a delightful meal at home. It features a gas range stove, a combination convection-microwave oven, and a full set of stainless steel pots and pans. The adjacent dining table comfortably accommodates four guests and seamlessly opens up into the living room, creating a cohesive and inviting space. For a cozy night in, we've included a selection of board games, ensuring memorable moments of fun and laughter during your stay.

The basement houses our home gym where you can stay fit with a Peloton, pull-up bar, and Powerblock weights. You'll find resistance bands and a yoga mat for flexibility in your workout. Fresh workout towels and sanitizing wipes are available to keep you, and the equipment, fresh during your workout.

We want to ensure that your stay at Emerald Haven is as smooth and convenient as possible. Here are the details regarding guest access to various areas of the property:
Stairway required to access entrance The front door of our townhouse is accessed via a long, outdoor flight of stairs. While this offers a charming entrance, we recommend that guests with mobility issues consider this factor before booking. We want to ensure your comfort and safety throughout your stay and would kindly advise individuals who might find stairs challenging to take this into consideration.

Multi-floor layout Our townhouse spans across four floors, which means there are three flights of stairs from the garage to the master bedroom. It's important to note that guests should be comfortable and capable of walking up and down stairs during their stay. This architectural layout adds a unique touch to our property, but we want to ensure it aligns with your needs and preferences.

Small Garage Please note that our garage can accommodate sedans or small SUVs ONLY. To prevent any damage to your vehicle or the garage, we kindly ask that you ensure your vehicle does not exceed the maximum dimensions of approximately 192 inches in length, 74 inches in width, and 67 inches in height.

Street Parking For larger vehicles, street parking can be found on the adjacent streets. Depending on time of day you may need to walk a bit further for a parking spot but rarely will you need to walk further than a block.

Neighborhood As we are located in the vibrant urban area of Seattle, it's important to acknowledge that certain urban sounds are part of the environment. Occasionally, you may hear sirens or street noise. To mitigate any potential disruption, we recommend closing the windows and utilizing a sound machine on your mobile device to enhance your comfort and reduce city noise.
Exploring on foot: Please note that our home rests halfway up Taylor Avenue, which is a hill. While it contributes to the stunning views from the balcony, it does also mean you'll be walking home uphill if you head to Seattle Center.
