Located in the Ponderosa Village, this whole house vacation rental is a PERFECT split floor plan.
Located in the heart of the two best town Squares. Completely remodeled in 2023.

1750 square foot home with many luxuries.
Full master suite with a large walk in closet, double sink vanity and glass door shower in the bathroom.
Full guest suite with guest bedroom, large office with a murphy bed, and a modern full bath.
Both suites are perfectly split, separated by the living room, dining room and kitchen.
A pocket sliding door gives complete privacy to the guest suite.
Other spaces besides the two suites include:
Spacious open living room with leather couch and chair and glass tables.
Dining room with seating for up to 6 guests.
Family Room/Video Room with 4 recliners, one being a LIFT chair for those with special needs.
Island kitchen with all the appliances, small wares, and cooking essentials you could ever need.
Florida room completely enclosed with pull out sofa, privacy windows and door, that could be used as a 4th bedroom. This room also features an electric fireplace.
Screened in outdoor porch with a new gas grill, and a great view of the backyard.

The home is far from any busy roads, in a very quiet, low, low traffic neighborhood.
