You have access to a fully equipped kitchen, featuring an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, a Keurig coffee maker (perfect to brew your complimentary cup of Joe, tea or hot chocolate!) and microwave. The kitchen includes everything needed for your culinary creations such as pots, pans, knives, utensils, plates, bowls etc.

This dining table is located in the center of the home and is the perfect location for guests to gather for a meal and conversation.


★ LIVING ROOM ★
This is a full open concept living room. The large living room meets the dining room and kitchen, and the back door opens to the charming back yard and allows the beauty of the property to be enjoyed inside or out. The is truly the perfect place for your entertainment encounter, whether it be to binge watch your favorite show, enjoy a movie in 4K, go against your frenemies in Monopoly and other provided board games, or curl up with one of our provided books. The open concept of the home allows for the guests interaction and entrainment to keep going for as long as you'd like!


Enjoy the tailored sofa that easily goes from day to night turning into a Queen sized sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping two. The large 65 inch 4k HDR Smart TV with HBO, Showtime, etc, will allow from viewing at any part of the room.

The attached laundry room features stand alone electric washer and dryer for your convenience!

Please enjoy the the outdoors as much as possible, we feel it's one of the best parts of The Sunflower Bungalow.


Just outside the kitchen there is an outdoor patio deck that features a seating area perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or morning yoga!


Continue down the path from the patio and you’ll find the fire pit area, perfect for relaxing or roasting marshmallows for those chilly evening conversations or stargazing sessions. Don't forget to turn on the gorgeous string lights in the back yard for the most relaxing ambiance!


★ PARKING ★
2 car private driveway parking next to the house is provided. Additional parking available upon request. Please note, no parking is allowed on the street in front of the house at any time. The City of Atlanta will have all vehicles towed. Please contact us if more than 2 spaces are needed so we can make arrangements for you :)


★ PHOTOSHOOTS / EVENTS★
For an additional fee, you are more than welcome to do a photo or video shoot at The Sunflower Bungalow. Contact us for more information.


★ SECURITY & ALARMS ★
Your safety matters most, which is why the property features 4 exterior security cameras only. Camera #1 is located at the front of the house facing the pathway and the porch steps. Camera #2 is located on the front corner of the house facing the driveway. Camera #3 is located on the back of the house above the back door facing the back yard. Camera #4 is located on the back of the house facing the backyard. All cameras will be on, are motion activated, and record video and sound 24/7.
The home is also equipped with an Xfinity alarm system that can be programmed with a code of your choosing.

The home comes with super fast 5G speed Wifi, perfect for those who need to get some work done while visiting!

We are located minutes west of downtown Atlanta and a walking distance from Ashby Marta Station. You will hear city noise which includes vehicles passing.
