Perfectly located in the middle of Seaside, Just for Fun 2 is a wonderfully comfortable and chic cottage for your family to enjoy the best of 30A. You can't beat this location - 1 minute walk to shopping and dining in Seaside Square, 3 minute walk to the beach, and 2 minute walk to multiple pools and the fitness center. Plus you can bring your sweet pup!

While you will be close to the sights and hotspots of Seaside, Just for Fun 2 also offers a peaceful escape from the crowds. Enjoy the fenced in backyard with outdoor dining and summer kitchen under the pergola. The top floor features a deluxe covered balcony with outdoor dining, outdoor sectional sofa, and a ceiling fan. The private outdoor spaces are an oasis after a day at the beach and pool.

The cottage features a full kitchen, dining, and living room on the 2nd floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need to enjoy cooking or whipping up snacks. Plus there is enough room for multiple helpers to assist with meal prep! The living room includes comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a flat screen TV when it is time to wind down. Just for Fun 2 is perfect for your crew to come together and make memories to last a lifetime.

Awful!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just for Fun 2” #116The biggest issue with the rental is the home had fleas! We have spent so much money, and time to resolve this issues once we returned home. We have had our car detailed 2 times, purchased several items to kill the fleas and have had to wash all of our clothes several times. We have visited seaside for 7 years and never had an issue like this! We have rented homes that animals were allowed and had no issue. I emailed the rental company requesting a 15% refund to cover the time, and money I have spent to get rid of the fleas. Not only have I not received a refund, I have not received a response, or phone call from the rental company.

Just for Fun 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this cottage! The only suggestion we have is that a mop & bucket be provided since the white kitchen floors tend to get dirty quickly. Also, instead of an air fryer on the counter, a drip coffee maker would be nice. We so appreciate that our dog is allowed in this cottage!

Can't beat location, plus having 2 king suites

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented Just for Fun 2 to show our friends, who ususally vacation in Sanibel, our part of the Florida Gulf. It was a perfect location to show them all our favorite places to shop and eat, and you can't beat those sugar sand beaches! Also, we know from lots of searching that it's very hard to find a two bedroom property that has 2 King suites! The property was clean, beds were comfortable and location was convenient. Could have used a regular coffee maker, instead of just the Keurig, and could use a few more coffee cups. Also, the deck furniture off the kitchen was not that comfortable. Being able to text with the Exclusive 30A folks was fast and easy when we had any questions or issues. We had a great time.
