Encantadora y bien equipada: desde las acogedoras sillas y hamacas del porche delantero hasta los hermosos pisos de madera y gabinetes en todo el nivel principal, Carey Cottage irradia todo lo relajante y playero que hace que la ciudad de Seaside sea tan especial. ¡Ven para un fin de semana o quédate para el invierno! ¡Carey Cottage está en la calle Savannah, a solo unos pasos de la playa y del centro de Seaside! Una cabaña de 3 dormitorios / 2 baños, el porche delantero se abre a una espaciosa sala familiar, cocina y sala de estar con escaleras de madera dura que lo llevan a una generosa suite principal. Junto a las salas de estar, hay dos dormitorios de invitados y un baño completo con bañera / ducha. La primera habitación tiene una cama queen y la segunda tiene un sofá cama y literas incorporadas (con capacidad para 4).
La suite principal queen es lo suficientemente grande para toda la familia Con un sofá cama, área de descanso y baño privado ... te sentirás como si estuvieras en un escondite de vacaciones por tu cuenta.

Carey Cottage

We loved Carey Cottage - especially the large bedroom suite upstairs. Perfect place for a single family. It’s a little small to have more than one family staying there. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Great location and cute cottage

We loved our stay - location was one block walk to beach and about 2 to seaside center. Very cute cottage and perfect for our family of 4. The bunk room could sleep 4 but I would think for smaller kids - might get too tight with bigger kids - but my kids loved having their own bedroom.

Wonderful week!

The Carey Cottage was everything we hoped for. Clean and cozy. Steps from the beach and town center. We had some construction next door but the workers were friendly and finished quickly. Recommend this cottage to all.

Not Clean & Not Safe for Seaside

I emailed the company but have not heard back. From cigarette butts in the toilet to old masks and lumps of dirt behind the beds, to silverfish in my child’s bed, the cleaning standards are reprehensible. My spouse has cancer and I didn’t want to bother him with additional stress by making a big deal of it all, but it was awful as far as health standards go. The location was excellent and we will stay in Seaside again, but never at Carey Cottage. I also told the company there was a black truck wedging us out of our property entrance most of the week who appears to be a contractor working next door and there was a large dumpster on the other side. Little details you won’t see on the description and I hope to get a response to these issues in the near future.

Hordes of Teens & Construction Noise at 7am

We've been just about everywhere in Florida. We were looking forward to all the hype of 30A. We were not impressed with the hordes of teenagers running around unsupervised with loud music and dangerous golf cart driving. It was very difficult to get around due to the crazy amounts of traffic. Even bicycle riding had its challenges. Dining out - forget it...lines& waiting were outrageous. Every morning we were awakened with power tools and hammering at 7:00 a.m. not very relaxing for a vacation. The house itself was fine, could have used some more amenities/conveniences in the kitchen but, it was comfortable ,& quaint. If we do ever come back to Seaside, it would be have to be during the off season.

Cozy, but efficient

We had 4 teenagers with us and and it was a little small, but very cozy. We loved the screened in porch and enjoyed coffee there every morning.

Such a lovely home!

We loved everything about this beautiful, lovely home! The location could not have been better! We had every amenity we could possibly have needed, from a perfectly-stocked kitchen to a darling porch, complete with hammock! My husband and I especially enjoyed the balcony located off our master suite! Every detail was just perfect and we loved every aspect of our stay! Thank you so much! We could not recommend this property more highly!

Clean and Neat!

The use of space in this house is perfect! Plenty of room to store things and everything was so clean! It’s at the perfect location to the beach and Seaside Town Center! The beach themed cottage is cozy but roomy!

Second Stay at Carey Cottage

Couldn’t resist this piece of heaven for a 2nd year in a row, and can’t wait to go back again next year! Perfectly clean, fully stocked, easy walk to town & the beach. Wonderful blend of cozy cottage and upscale home.

Summer Family Vacation!

My family and I stayed here during a recent summer vacation and it was perfect in the terms of location and walking distance to the beach and common areas. My only complaint, if I had to make one, was that the living room was very small. We used the living room as a make shift dining room as well as a common sitting space, making it very tight for our party of 6. If you only plan to use the house to sleep in, it is perfect and could comfortably sleep two families with two small kids each.

June 2017 Stay

My family and I have rented Carey cottage for the last 5 years. We simply love everything about this cottage from the roomy screened porch with hammock to it's outside shower. There is a LARGE retreat style master suite upstairs with its own bath, sitting area and porch! There is an adequate well-stocked kitchen equipped with anything you need! We find that this home is perfect for our needs. We feel at home here with the tasteful and comfortable furnishings and we all feel that we have our own private space to retreat. Best of all this Cottage is only five houses from the beach on Savannah Street! You can walk and ride anywhere in Seaside! Sandpiper Vacation Rentals is always responsive a well! Thanks for another great vacation!

2017 Carey Cottage - A gem of relaxation and tranquility!

My family stayed at the Carey Cottage, for a much needed get away, and we could not have been more pleased. Carey Cottage was deceptively larger than expected and fully equipped with everything we needed to make our time, in the beautiful Seaside, enjoyable. The cottage location is fantastic, with only a short walk to the beach. The conveniences included bikes for sightseeing, an outside shower to clean up before you return inside the home, a wonderfully stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare any meal, washer and dryer, and a screened porch; which was perfect for reading a book, enjoying your favorite cool drink, having family time or taking a nap in the hammock. My favorite part of the house was the balcony off the master bedroom. I would wake up before everyone and use the time on the balcony to enjoy the trees, nature and some quiet time of prayer and meditation. The community pool is a wonderful alternative to the beach and has great accommodations that the entire family can enjoy. The house is only a short walk to the town restaurants and other attractions like movies on the green, live concerts and so much more. You will not go wrong renting this wonderful property. We highly recommend Carey Cottage for your enjoyment and pleasure, it is truly a place where you can make memories and we plan to make it an annual trip for our family!

Great location! Great house!

Carey Cottage was the perfect house for our family of 6! All 4 of the kids ended up sharing the bunk room and the master retreat on the second level is HUGE and so comfortable! The location is ideal only being a few houses away from the beach access and the walk to the town was only a couple of minutes. Our favorite past time was going to the air stream trailers and having a picnics on the lawn in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked and the screened in porch was a plus. The 2 bikes left for us was a big perk! Thanks for a great vacation! We will be back!

June 2016 Stay

Beautiful home. Our family loved this sweet home on Savannah Street. Close to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The bikes are great for exploring this community. Definitely renting Carey Cottage again!

Spring Break 2016

We have stayed in Seaside several times and always leave with beautiful memories. This year was no exception. With the amenities offered, we were able to ride bikes and swim at the pool which we had not done before. Carey Cottage offers location, location, location and we hope to return to this spot soon.

Family of 8 from Louisville, KY and we didn't want to leave!

We loved this cottage. It was well stocked, the décor was simple, beachy, and shabby chic. We had five children 15,15, 11,7,7 and three adults and we were very comfortable. We loved the donuts delivered the first morning by the caretakers! The living area and kitchen are small but we ate in most nights and either the adults sat on the patio or we ate in shifts. It was absolutely adorable and the location was perfect. It was a block from the beach, a block from the covered family pool,adult pool, work out room and recreational area. It is a short bike ride and about five blocks to the outdoor family pool. Two blocks from the center of Seaside with all the shops and restaurants. You will need to reserve your bikes from Big Fish in advance. The only issue we had was that there were no parking passes and no one answered our email requesting one but we simply put a copy of our contract and a note with our phone number in our front car window and it wasn't a problem with security.

Perfect for family with 2 small children

Cute and well stocked cottage. It was tight for us with 2 teen-agers especially when other teens stopped by. The large screened-in porch was perfect for their overflow but we really didn't have room for extra girls to sleep over. Sandpiper vacation rentals, Haley, was fantastic. We had a few issues and they were there in what seemed like seconds taking care them. They surprised us the morning following our check-in with fresh donuts and milk from the yummy donut hut. I have learned that this company is family owned and it was obvious from everyone including the property maintenance men, that they aim to please. Will rent exclusively from Sandpiper again.

We had a great vacation in Carey Cottage! The cottage was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The location was PERFECT for us by allowing access to both town and the beach within minutes. Our daughters were thrilled with the outdoor shower and screened in porch. As a bonus, we adults also enjoyed the workout facility and adult pool in Seaside (we were not aware of them from previous trips). We come to Seaside for every spring break and would highly recommend Carey Cottage and Sandpiper Realty. We reached out to Sandpiper with a couple of needs during the week and the response was immediate. Thank you for a great trip.

Six Happy Texans

We felt immediately at home in this wonderful cottage, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It is a fantastic cottage that has had perfect updates and suited our family beautifully (2 adults and 4 kiddos, ages 10, 12, 12, and 15). The home is beautifully decorated, better equipped than many full time homes and right in the center of everything. We all really enjoyed the layout of the house. The efficiency of the kitchen is remarkable, the cookware is top notch and includes all the extras to be able to cook a full meal. We loved the two sitting areas in the main living room and the upstairs master. The hammock on the screened in porch was in constant use by our kids. It's a perfect place to lounge and read. We enjoyed all books on the shelves, the very comfortable beds,the room darkening curtains, the FABULOUS master bedroom, the quaint upstairs balcony (particularly during the rain), and certainly the location. We will definitely visit Carey Cottage again soon! Hopefully 2 weeks next time. We enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to spend their vacation
