Relax with the whole family at this beautiful home. 4-bed / 2.5 bath that can sleep up to 9 guests. Three bedrooms each with queen beds and one guest room with two twin beds along with a large sectional couch in the downstairs living room that can sleep one additional guest. One large master suite bathroom with large soaking tub upstairs, and an additional full bathroom upstairs in the hallway and a half bathroom downstairs.

Nice home and Location

This home was exactly as pictured. It was so nice and we were so happy with its location. We were in town for our daughter’s wedding. We could walk to restaurants and the wedding venue. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and the space was spacious and perfect. Nick the host was very responsive with all the inquiries I made prior to our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

This house made our vacation even more memorable.

The property is in a great location (right next to the famers' market on Sundays, and walking distance from the harbor seals), and had everything to be our home away from home. Nick is a fantastic host: the communication was great and he was very accommodating to any requests that we had.

Beautiful modern home and excellent location

This is a beautiful home and extremely clean and modern with plenty of space for our family of 7. Amazing location and perfect for walking to all our favorite La Jolla restaurants, shopping and beaches. Loved that there was the added bonus for garage parking for 2 cars. Would absolutely stay here again and always love working with Nick who is incredibly responsive and always so helpful to make sure we have a perfect stay!

Terrrific Home and Location!

Very easy check in process. Clean, well stocked and as described on VRBO site. Had one quick email question and the host responded immediately. Awesome location and an easy walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, botiques, and beach. A rating - highly recommend!

Terrific La Jolla Property

We just enjoyed a quick weekend away as a family, and loved staying in this nice home. The space accommodated our family of 6 and our small dog really well. The location is ideal, close to restaurants, the Farmer’s Market in town, etc. Hope to return soon.

My four adult children and parents joined us while in LaJolla for a family wedding. The home was in a fabulous location and was extremely well equipped. Spotless and enough space for all eight of us! Walk to town was a plus! Owner was extremely amenable! Thank you!

Couldn't have been better!

What an AMAZING place. It's an excellent location, the inside was perfect and was ideal for our family of 6! The attention to detail was amazing - the coffee pods/towels/beach gear/toiletries/spices/pantry items - everything that the host Nick did to make our stay awesome was evident and we appreciated it very much! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to ANYONE! I loved too how the interior was new/clean and attractive! Thanks Nick for doing such an awesome job, you are a great responsive/caring host!

Family Get Together

Our two older kids and their families who live in SD met us at this beautiful 4 bedroom home. It included everything we needed for our stay, it was so well equipped The home was very clean and comfortable. It was located in a great location where we could walk everywhere. I would definitely stay again. Nick was very prompt to return all my messages. It was a great time! Thanks Nick

We arrived to find signs from neighbors stating we were not welcome. Any chance encounter with neighbor was met with rudeness and hostility. On one occasion we were verbally assaulted Because we did not get car in garage fast enough. There were no other cars needing to use drivewsy During stay neighbors made any entrance or exit hard because of hostility and the ready to pounce on us. Put a real damper on us as we were in town to celebrate daughter’s wedding. We never sat outdoors or walked outside. We tried very hard to be respectful upon arrival and by end just wanted to get away.

Dishonest Listing

Although this property is very nice, clean and well appointed, the owner is in a dispute with the extremely close neighbors over renting the property. We came in town to attend the funeral of my wife's father so we were already stressed. The day of check-in we received a set of rules for the property threatening severe penalties for any noise or other disturbance. The neighbors actually have signs right on the doorstep telling us we are unwelcome. When we saw the neighbors and said hello they were unfriendly and rude.. On our last day, with our car parked in a way allowing us to load bags one of the neighbors actually yelled at my two teenage girls sitting in the backseat of the car while I locked up. I am sorry you are in a dispute with the neighbors but they need to deal with you not us. We would not have rented this home if the situation was made clear and your threatening "rules" only mentioned on day of arrival made everyone uncomfortable for the entire stay.

I wish we had more time here

My business partner and I came to San Diego (From the OC) for a meeting on Christmas Eve. We were looking for a place close to where we were planning our meeting. This is how we found Nick's house.We arrived at the house and was truly amazed at how beautiful, and fresh, this house was. To say it was clean, would be an understatement. It was emaciated. You can truly see the care Nick puts into this property. This is a multilevel, 4 bedroom home. 3 bedrooms upstairs, and one downstairs, between the laundry and kitchen. There is a large table, that seats 6, just off the kitchen.The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home.. pots, pans, coffee pot.. blender, toaster.. etc. The first thing you notice in the kitchen is this massive stove. This is a high-end feature that I have not seen in many of my vacation rentals (and I stay in about 50 a year). This stove is equipped to handle a large family, or a very nice size dinner party.The beds were perfect. There are ample pillows, crisp sheets and extra blankets. I must mention the down comforters.. they were so comfortable. With the weight alone, you can they are high-end. Our commercial vehicle did not fit in the garage (too tall), but that gave us plenty of space to store the equipment needed for our meeting. There was ample parking just outside, on the city street for larger vehicles.I could go on and on, but the best thing for you to do is see it for yourself. You will be impressed.
