This beautiful renovated townhouse is located just off Hwy 192, the area is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants and local attractions. With the World Food Trucks, Fun Spot-Kissimmee and Disney World entrance located less than five miles away, this is the ideal vacation spot.

Master bedroom with King size bed, walk-in shower with grabbars for safety located on first floor. Additional rooms on second floor.

The clubhouse features a fitness center, business center and game room. Just outside of the clubhouse, is the large heated swimming pool with water feature and lounge area. There is also a jacuzzi, fishing area, sand volleyball, tennis & basketball courts along with a dedicated playground and splash area for the little ones. Picnic, grilling and carwash area as well.

OWNER POLICY: VACATION RENTAL - Reserved for the specified number of guests on reservation. No Additional guests/Visitors permitted.

Yes Yvonne was very welcoming. The staff at the front gate were all very nice. The condo very was clean and in a great area for traveling back and forth to the Disney parks.

The condo is exactly as pictured! It is clean with nice finishing touches of decor, thoughtful details like donuts and friendly service. The host was quick with responses and even left us some buttons to wear on our trip to Disney! I would definitely stay here again. The clubhouse had air hockey and pool that cost 1 per play. Hot tub was the perfect warmth for a semi chilly day for Florida.

The host provided information in a very timely manner and was incredibly sweet. The place was clean, welcoming, and exactly as shown in the photos. The beds smelled amazing and were so comfortable. The amenities were perfect for our stay, and we really appreciated that the knives were sharp, which made cooking away from home easy. The only minor complaint was that the bunk bed mattresses were a little thin. Instructions were clear, and we felt very secure staying in the neighborhood. Overall, a great experience.

Thank you for the review. I am happy to hear you liked your stay. In regards to the bunk beds, the mattresses were chosen with consideration for children. There are siderails and we chose to have the functionality of them and avoid a child from falling. The reservation was made/stated two adults.

The property was just what my family needed. The main bedroom on the first floor was great for my elder mother so she didn't have to climb stairs. The additional items in the bathroom were also great of the wall rails near the toilet and in the shower. It was a very clean property and had all of the "starters" for when you walked in the door - soap, towels, shampoo, etc.We didn't use the community amenities, but they looked well kept. The location in and out of the community was very easy being in a busy Orlando area. We had family staying in the KOA Campground right next door which couldn't have been better! Easy drive in and out and could walk as well. So very convenient for our trip!

The unit was clean. Location was good, easy to get to any park from where we were. Inside community, it was very close to the clubhouse. That made it easier to get to the pool.

The host was amazing from start to finish and very quick to respond. Both the king and queen beds were extremely comfortable, and the place was spotless. The cookware was surprisingly nice—something you don’t often find in rentals. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and conveniently located very close to the unit.A few small improvements could make the stay even better: higher-quality soap and shampoo/conditioner would be appreciated, and a box of tissues in the bathrooms would be a nice touch. The thermostat was a bit tricky to figure out at first. The Tiki Bar being closed until further notice was disappointing, as it was one of the main reasons we chose this property.Location wasn’t a factor for us—we came from Wisconsin to escape the negative temperatures, and this place was perfect for exactly what we needed.

The washer and dryer need replacing. A shoe rack would be appreciated and a blender. As well as a pan to bake brownies in and a larger sheet pan for the oven. The host was quick to respond.

Cozy and Delightful

I booked this location as a last minute getaway for my family of four for the week of the 4th July. The property manager was very prompt with responding and providing detail information prior to our arrival and during our stay. Instructions provided were very clear. The location was great and near most of the activities we visited. The villa is so cozy and was perfect for our family. The home is very modern and all the amenities we needed on site. There were some things/areas that could have been cleaned better, but nothing we couldn’t address. I will be booking again for future stays.

First time relaxing in Kissimmee

Although I've been in the area before, this was the first time I went without being in a rush. It was wonderful. Without park schedules, I took the time to really explore the surroundings. So many shops, restaurants and things to do. I did check out new places like Florida Bakery and I enjoy always the World Food Trucks. I spent most of the day enjoying the pool and in the evening the spa. It felt great. My family went for the parks. In the evening, my family chose to go to Disney Springs. I couldn't believe how quickly we got there. Looks very different for me since I usually go to Orlando for the parks. Our last day, we did go to Animal Kingdom. Again very close to the property.This place was beautiful. My grandkids stayed in the room with Mario Bros. They liked that. My daughter let me have the bedroom on the first floor. Which was good so I didn't have to go up steps. Besides it has a walk in shower. That would be too much for me. All in all, my stay was greatly needed and I enjoyed my time there and with my family. I plan to return with friends.

After I booked, she messaged me asking for a final guest count. I replied, describing my family size and ages, what our trip was going to be like, and stating that my mother was coming to spend time with my family and also my brother’s family (staying elsewhere), and she would stay with both of us. My reservation was accepted. Weeks later, after much back and forth communication about drivers, number of cars, etc, we were three hours away from arriving, and she messages saying I had too many people and would not be allowed to stay. I had to contact Vrbo, they read our messages, agreed that she was absolutely wrong, and tried to contact her repeatedly. She wouldn’t answer, but did finally cancel my reservation. Thankfully VRBO was WONDERFUL and helped me find a better place, closer to the parks, and reimbursed me the difference in price. I was honestly relieved because I felt very uncomfortable about bringing my family to her home after the way she was acting. Thank you VRBO for making this right!
