About this space
Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This lovely place has what you need to feel at home. It is located in the heart of Colorado Springs due to it’s been close to the COS Airport, Shopping areas both on Powers and Academy, and Fort Carson. It is a must experience place and will always be your best choice.
The space
The townhouse has two lovely bedrooms with two twin air mattresses to help with the comfort of its guest. It has one beautiful bathroom designed to allow guests to enjoy the place. There is an in-built washer and dryer and a well seasoned and beautiful kitchen.
Guest access
Guest are allowed to access one parking area behind the house and use the street parking or temporarily the visitor's parking space. Guests can access their rooms and common areas in and around the house.
Other things to note
This Luxurious Home is located at 2473 Astrozon Circle, Colorado Springs, CO 80916. The unit is downstairs to the right of the building.

The beds were not clean. The tvs didnt work and the neighbors above were extremely loud. My family was not able to stay here we ended up getting a hotel for the week.

Serviceable, at the absolute best. This facility not only reeked of cigarette smoke, despite the many signs that state there is no smoking on the property, but was also roach infested. We were put on a ground floor unit, that had a window unit and a plywood board covering a window that could’ve easily been kicked down. I had to reach out to the host hours before check in as I still had not received any communication, but was texted a full day in advance about proper checkout procedures. The “parking lot” out back barely has enough space to turn a small car around in, as half the lot was take up by a large cargo crate. The fact that “luxury” is included in the name of this listing is absurd and laughable. Absolutely not.

Work visit

The property host has great communication. The propery at that price is hard to beat. I would stay again when looking for the convenience of home on a budget.

We did not know it was an apartment with 4 other tenants right next to each other. It stated it was a luxury but it was not...dishes in the cabinets were dirty and all had to be washed before use, we wrre only given a roll of toilet paper almost gone, when we asked for more they told us weget one roll for 4 days and 4 adults...we bought our own then the next day she sent more over. On bed was very comfyand the other squeaked, hangers in the closet had black suit on it. When we arrived the key punch did not work and had to wait outside for 30 min for a text that it was ok to enter. We arrived at 5pm after a 7hr drive and it was upsetting. I know whst luxury is and this was NOT LUXURY.... the couch was the orst due yo themiddke sunk in and u are sitting on the iron. Ughhhhhh makes me think now if im using the right site.... pic attached of dirty cups i found in the cabinet...Kitchen is not prepared to feed 4 people missing baking dishes only 2 small frying pans and had to use the rice pot to make some food... please put better discriptions on the app so we know in advance on what we need to bring to be comfortable during the stay.... so frustrating as we did not get what we paid for...

Apartment with higher standard

Check-in worked great. Upon arrival we discovered that some smaller kitchen utensils were missing. We contacted the host about this and everything was taken care of within one day. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and we would recommend this apartment to people who are looking for an affordable apartment within easy reach of Colorado Springs points of interest.

Brief Vacation

Clean for the most part. AC didn’t work took 3 days to get a window unit in. There was no hand soap or dish soap. Closet doors in both bedrooms were not connected to tracks. Knob on hallway closet was dangling. And bathroom toilet. Host would say she was coming and never showed. She didn'tlet me know the maintenance person was coming or not. I had to continually try reaching her.

Property was not cleaned upon our arrival. Broken fixtures. Rundown neighborhood.

We had a check-in time of 4pm. We arrived at 6pm. Upon arrival, the apartment had not been cleaned. The beds were used and completely unmade. There were food and dishes on the kitchen counter. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, but had not been run. The bathroom was dirty also. I called the owner and she said they had 4 checkouts that day and she had been unaware the cleaners hadn't been there. She stated it would be 2-3 hours before the apartment was ready. I contacted vrbo and the person contacted the owner who stated it would be clean as fast as possible. We went to dinner and returned at 9:50pm and the daughter of the owner greeted us at the door. they were still not done cleaning. It was 10:40 before the owner left but not before she asked us to fold the linens in the dryer and put the towels from the washer into the dryer. The first time the toilet was used, the flush handle broke and my husband had to fix it. the toilet paper holder was also broken. The neighborhood seemed a litlle on the rundown side, but the apartment itself was pretty and you could tell it had been redone recently. The beds were comfortable and had adequate pillows in both rooms. The owner left water bottles in the fridge for us. The owner was easy to communicate with and responded rapidly to texts and calls. she was the one who ultimately cleaned our apartment. The owner said she would compensate us for the inconveniences, however we received nothing. Overall, I would not stay here again.
