Oceanfront Condo on Bailey Island with Ocean Views

Welcome to a newly renovated 4 bed condo on the water in a complex called Cribstone Commons. Located directly after the Cribstone bridge & the Sundrenched Cafe, this spacious home offers a convenient location on Bailey Island & spectacular views of the bridge & ocean. Large windows offer unparalleled ocean views from almost every room. Also, you can comfortably sleep 10 guests. Furthermore, our home has been well-equipped for stay. Lastly, we will only accept rentals of 28 days or more.
The space
The ground level offers a step-free access (accessible for wheelchairs and the elderly) to the entryway with separate walk-in coat closet. Next, you'll find a guest bedroom with double bed & separate full bathroom with attached laundry room. You also have an ocean view from that bedroom if you keep your door open and look into the main living area.

The main living area is flanked with windows offering amazing ocean views from the kitchen, dining room and living room. The sunrises are just amazing! In terms of the kitchen, it's been fully-equipped offering almost any gadget you may need. Plus, Glen's Lobsters which is located on Mackerel Cove (about a 1 mile drive away on Bailey) has lobsters for sale for dirt cheap prices. So you can cook at home and enjoy the amazing ocean views.

For dining at home options, you can sit in the dining area with seating for 6, also with incredible ocean views, or on the outdoor patio with equally comparable vistas which is located just off the kitchen outside.

Then next to the dining area is the living room with large TV, fireplace & views of the ocean and Cribstone Bridge.

Upstairs you'll find the office and the gym, both with ocean views. The gym has a bike and a rowing machine. Then head left from the gym and office, and you'll find the master suite with fireplace, TV, en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, king bed and views of the ocean and Cribstone Bridge.

Next, heading the opposite direction upstairs a main hallway connects one guest bedroom with king bed, TV and ocean views to the other guest bedroom with 2 double beds, TV, ocean views and views of the Cribstone Bridge. A guest full bathroom sits just outside both bedrooms.

Outside, the condo has an outdoor seating area, right on the ocean. Then the circular private driveway has ample parking.

The Sundrenched Cafe is next door, the Cribstone Bridge is literally a stone's throw away, Cook's restaurant is a stroll away, and the Salt Cod Cafe with their killer breakfast scones is even closer than Cook's.
