Muy cómodo y completamente amueblado estudio recién remodelado. Cuenta con aproximadamente 500 pies cuadrados. Dispone de aire acondicionado. Actualizada a una nueva cama queen size y un futón de tamaño completo. El balcón da a la avenida Ashford. Piscina enterrada remodelada y bañera de hidromasaje. El vestíbulo ha sido bellamente remodelado. Gimnasio y sala de lavandería disponibles en el segundo piso del condominio. WIFI recientemente instalado en el apartamento.
Internet inalámbrico disponible en el apartamento y en todas las áreas comunes del edificio.
A un corto trayecto en taxi desde el aeropuerto, el Viejo San Juan y la Isla Verde. Los hoteles y casinos de lujo se encuentran en las cercanías del condominio. Hard Rock Cafe acaba de abrir. Puede organizar recorridos como la selva tropical, el esnórquel y otras actividades a través del hotel Marriott al otro lado de la calle.

Very Nice Choice

This efficiency apartment was perfect as a launching point for our adventures. Easy to get to although a little hidden back from Ashford, right in the heart of Condado, secure building, clean well decorated apartment, easy checkin, really comfort bed. Even though the balcony looks out onto Ashford is very peaceful at night. I would stay here again.

Location location location

Very nice location just a few minutes to the beach, wonderful shops and restaurants. Love that we had a reserve parking spot in the building.

The best location!

Loved staying at Harris’s place! It was perfect for My girlfriend and I and since we wanted some fun around the city as well as soak in the sun by the beach it was so convenient that all of it was only a short walk distance as well as good restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool a lot. Harry was super nice and accommodating and that made our trip a hell of a vacation.

Excellent Location in Condado

This is my second stay and I loved it as much as the first. While the condo is considered an efficient (one room) it’s the perfect place to stay if you’re going to be out seeing the island. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, a queen size bed. The owners are only a call away and responsive. We’ll be back again!

Perfect place!

Safety is important for us when traveling. We felt safe and everything we wanted/needed was within walking distance. Ubers were quick. The host was accommodating.

I did like the convenience and that it has a garage, which that was a most for me, when I was searching for an apt. Dislike that it was a dated decoration and it was not a one bedroom apt as it was previously advertised. Kitchen gadgets were very used, a frying pan handle was broken, which I have to buy one. Best for only 2 persons. the futon was hard as a rock which it was hard to sleep well on it. No TV programs to watch (no internet). Owner should invest in renovating the property, since it is located on a prime location. As we say in Real Estate: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Perfect location

I came for the beach. My stay was enjoyable in that I only had to walk a few minutes to the beach. There were chairs, towels, and toiletries available for my use. I appreciated the balcony and letting in the air as it was rather cool during my stay. I recommend for one, two or three guests.

Can’t beat the value

You simply cannot beat the value of this perfectly located condo. The property itself is charming, with a terrace that allows for great people-watching below. The salt water pool is a lovely respite from the city life that pulses right outside. My children and I felt safe, with everything we needed within walking distance. We will be back!

The Best Rental Ever!!

I love to stay in the Condado area. This rental is clean and comfortable. It's close to many different dining options. The beach is about a 5 minute walk. The host, Harry is great. He answered all my emails quickly. I would definitely recommend this rental for a couple. Our stay was enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you again, Harry for letting us access the rental before check-in.

The apt./condo was clean, well appointed, and close to everything we needed. Hopefully it will be available on our next visit. We especially appreciated the little things, 12 bottles of water in the ridge, scotch tape, pencils, ect. Harry was a great host, answered my texts pronto. Regards, John

My husband and I had a great time at Harrys place. We ate our way up and down ashford Ave, with all the great restaurants in the area. Went to old San Juan played tennis at Marriott and public courts we also used the Marriott facilities. We looked at real estate while we were there that's how much we liked it. We will return to continue our real estate research Thanks so much Harry for letting us rent you place for such an affordable price. My best John and Rachel

i booked this property for its location in relation to old san juan and for the hot tub; the latter part did not deliver, and i would have gone elsewhere knowing this. my whole experience was 'fine'. the facilities were fine - i could tell the apartment was looked after. that said, the shower water never got too warm but it was fine. the building has security. there is also parking but you need security to open the parking for you after 9pm which they dont seem to like doing. pool closes at 9pm. security guards seem exhausted by tourists using the building which more or less force them to act as a host at the front desk. fine ...but like i noted above, the hot tub was out of service....and looks like it had been for awhile - there was a solid plastic cover on it and ontop of the cover were potted plants to hold it in place - so this place does NOT have a hot tub, idk if the property owner is even aware so i cant knock them for that, but it should be removed from the description as it's misleading. all that said, i was pleasantly surprised at the liveliness of the area around the condominum. various late night food places and even casinos, if you're into that. 24/7 pharmacy that carries anything you could ever need is basically across the street. a small beach is just around the corner. my mom grew up in san juan and warned me of condado however this is now a 'freshly gentrified' urban area; its safe enough, but dont stay out too late and keep your wits about you.

Not what was advertised

Pros. Nice condo nice area nice pool but...Cons. no working TV. No water available in shower or tub. Broken fixtures that needed to be replaced. When texted owners they imlied that there was no problem inwith water in shower. and that somehow it was my doing that water wS unavailable. I was expecting BASICS as advertised . Working TV , and a working shower. Somehow they expected me to not bathe 3 days. Apologies were given about cable company for no TV. And none fore non working shower. B They refunded 1 day but my stay was full of disappointments and they even suggested I book another hotel on Good Friday week. I was very frustrated and went to condo office for help. Only when they calked owner was anything done to shower. It took 4 hours to repair. And took 4 hours from my vacation which I resented. I thought after such great reviews I would spend a lovely 3 days ...but It was not the case.

This was a very convenient location and I can not stress enough how great it was to have safe, easy parking with this rental. The apartment itself was older and a bit used, but very clean. The bed was more comfortable than I was expecting and the a/c was wonderful. The sliding door to the balcony was partly blocked by a metal protective door, and the slider itself was sort of a struggle to open, but the balcony was usable. The host was easily reached. the bigger issues lie with the building itself. There was only one functioning elevator the whole time we stayed. At one point we found an elderly gentleman stuck in the parking lot with his walker because both elevators were broken. The hot water was not hot. It never got beyond warm. It's hot outside anyway, so we just turned on the hot water only and took showers with that. We woke up to no power one morning which lasted a few hours. We replaced the beach chairs while we were there, as the provided ones were falling apart. There were several towels and a weird abundance of sheets, but all had seen better days. The TV had basic cable only, no smart TV, but wifi was reliable. You get what you pay for, and we knew what we were getting into. We enjoyed our stay. but would we stay here again? I don't think so. Again, having parking and the location was maybe the best thing about this rental.
