Ideal for outdoor lovers, the home boasts a private beach and dock access - perfect for canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, ice skating, and sledding. To ensure a successful vacation, be sure to utilize the provided life jackets, kayaks, four-person pedal boat, and canoe.

Inside, the bright and vibrant living room comes complete with soft seating, Yogibo beanbags, a large TV, and a fireplace. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the full kitchen. Adorned with a suite of stainless steel appliances, custom ash tree countertops, and a breakfast bar, cooking will come naturally for expert chefs and beginners alike. When it's time to eat, dine at the custom, formal dining table, or eat alfresco on the large, lake view deck.

Decorated with the essence of home in mind, the four bedrooms are equally comfortable. The nautical decorations in each room are sure to make everyone smile, and the kids will love the home's board games, puzzles, coloring books, and mini Nintendo. A private washer/dryer and partial air-conditioning round out the home's stellar interior perks.

Back outside, fire up the gas grill to host a sweet summer barbecue, and lounge in the hammock while continuously enjoying the views and the fresh air. To end another day on vacation, gather around the firepit for shared campfire stories and gooey, delicious s'mores.

Away from your stay, visit Pinehills Golf Club, Scusset Beach State Park, Herring Run Recreation Area, and Heritage Museums & Gardens. During the winter months, head for one of the neighboring towns where festivals full of fun are in abundance!

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
