Welcome to our Executive 5 Bed, 7 bath Pool/Spa Disney Villa with Grand Games Room! We are located in the Gated Community of VistaPark which is 15 mins to Disney, 35 Mins to universal Studios and 45 Mins from LEGOLAND. We are also 5 mins to Walmart Supercenter, Publix, 8 mins to Shopping and the wonderful restaurants at Sunset Walk with Aquapark.

This home is well furnished and has all the necessary things to make your family’s vacation perfect.
The Bedroom configuration is as follows:
On the Ground floor is the 1st King Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom with jetted tub, shower and 2 vanities, and toilet
On the Upper Floor is the 2nd King Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom with jetted tub, shower and 2 vanities, and toilet, 2 Queen Bedroom's with their own private bathroom and a Twin Bedroom with its own private bathroom.

Each Bedroom has its own private bathroom and cable TV. Please note all TVs have been replaced with Smart Flat Screen TV's.

There are 2 living areas, a formal dinning room that seats 8, the kitchen breakfast nook that seats 4 and a laundry room with washer and dryer next to the garage,

The Games room features a bar area with wine cooling fridge, large billiards table, foosball table, and game coin machine.

The large very large pool and pool deck has lots of loungers perfect for those lazy days, and the spa can be used as hot tub with temperatures up to 102 degrees.

There is a Keurig Coffee Machine with coffee pot, and the kitchen is fully loaded with all utensils for cooking.

Enjoy many lazy days on the screened pool deck, with Large Gas Grill BBQ

The Large Pool and hot tub can be heated for only $35 per day.

There is parking for 4 vehicles, 2 in the Garage and 2 on the Driveway.
