Come share our beach cottage and make some beautiful vacation memories with your friends and family. A short coastal stroll from the silky sugar sand of Inlet Beach and only minutes from Seaside and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy restful sleep in the spacious master suite and gather downstairs in the large open space for food and fun. Enjoy morning coffee and evening cookouts in the ocean air on the back deck. Located on the eastern edge of 30A only minutes away from premier shopping and restaurants.

Are you coming for a special event let me know so I can assist in customizing your stay for the vacation you will never forget with little extra effort (because you are on vacation, right?)
Here are a few ideas or questions that could guide the customization process:
1. Birthday: options for birthday decorations, cake delivery, or special dinner arrangements at one of our local restaurants?
2. Anniversary: Romantic amenities such as champagne, flower arrangements, or a private dinner setup?
3. Girls' Weekend: group activities or local spa options I could recommend and set up? Perhaps a welcome basket tailored for the group?
4. Special Requests: we are open to helping with any personalized requests guests might have to enhance their stay?

Loved it!

The property is close to the beach, restaurants and entertainment venues. Communication with the owner was great as well. Overall, our family had the best time and will sure rent again.

The perfect place to stay my girls and I had so much fun and we were so comfortable for our entire vacation. We were able to walk to the beach every day and see some of the most beautiful sunrises/ sunsets we have ever seen. Uber was available for us within minutes to get to Pier Park from this location. Highly recommend! Like a true home away from home. Angel was very good to us and very prompt to respond to all my questions. I will certainly be back!

Great townhome across the street from beach access. It's about a 10 min walk across a busy street (but there are crosswalks). Walkable distance to breakfast and pizza restaurants. Ten min bike ride to Rosemary Beach restaurants, etc.

Great spot!

We came in for a family wedding. We didn’t rent a car but it was easy to walk to the beach, Cafe Aroma and the 30A market. There are a few other walkable spots but we kept going back to these! Angel was a great host. Thanks so much for having us!

The host is exceptional, she went far above and beyond to accommodate us and we could not be any happier! The property is perfectly situated right off of 30a, walking distance from wonderful restaurants and the beach.

Enjoyed the stay a lot! Angel was a very good host. The area was very nice, with a few great restaurants in walking distance and the house was comfortable. I especially liked the back porch, its lighting at night and eating breakfast there in the mornings.The location on the listing description is misleading. It says 3-5 minute walk to the beach and 8 min to Rosemary, but it’s more like 8-10 min to the beach and 15 to Rosemary. There was a bit of a cockroach problem, we found about 5, one alive. The cookware in the kitchen wasn’t great quality, pans weren’t very big and were beat up so it was tough cooking for the four of us.

Great and Easy Experience

We had a great stay. The communication with the owner was the best I have ever had with a vrbo. The property was exactly as described, clean, and everything we needed was easily available. That is incredibly helpful when traveling with four young children. Would stay again.

The neighborhood is quiet and quaint with areas to take you fur babies for a walk. We ask that you clean up after your fur babies if you bring them along. We understand Our fur babies are part of our families but know there is a small fee to have your whole family on vacation please be sure to add that to your stay.

we have the largest regional access - with beautiful facilities. A lifeguard during the peak season. In 2024/2025 we will have the only underground crosswalk in the area. also, Walton County has budgeted in 2026 more crosswalk access to the beach that will make the walk more pleasurable.
