Rialto - Brillante y panorámica Ático en el corazón de Venecia

Este precioso ático está situado en un palacio veneciano típico XVIII, en el barrio de Santa Cruz, una zona central que se ha librado el flujo de turistas y donde todavía se puede encontrar el lado típica y honesta de la ciudad.
El ático ha sido renovado en 2007 y vivido por los propietarios hasta hace pocos años. Es por eso que usted encontrará todas las comodidades que necesitas para sentirte como si estuvieras en casa.
Cada habitación está llena de sol, disfrutar de la vista panorámica sobre el canal y los tejados de los alrededores y "altanas", las terrazas Venitian típicas situadas en la parte superior de los edificios. Sol se pone en el establecimiento de un ambiente agradable sala de estar.

La zona:
El ático está a sólo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren ya 15 minutos de la estación de autobuses. Parada de autobús acuático San Stae es sólo 1 minuto sin puentes para pasar a través. Usted puede disfrutar de su desayuno en uno de los muchos bares y restaurantes típicos alrededor de Campo San Giacomo (1 min), visitar la iglesia - una de las más antiguas de la ciudad - donde hay pinturas de Veronese y Lotto. El Museo de Historia Natural y el Museo de Arte Moderno están a 2 minutos a pie. Rialto mercado de alimentos frescos y el Puente de Rialto están a sólo 5 minutos de distancia y desde allí se puede llegar a la plaza San Marco con un 10 min paseo precioso.

Los propietarios estarán encantados de sugerir a sus huéspedes excursiones inusuales, para establecer la cena personal cocinero, dando consejos para restaurantes y tiendas, y hacer todo lo que necesita para obtener lo mejor de su experiencia de Venecia.

Wonderful Venice Apartment. The way to immerse yourself in Venezia and have the best experience!

The apartment is exactly as pictured and is very central to the train station, il Piazza Roma (where you get the Vaporetto's) and great restaurants, a good quality Italian grocery store and many great places for Gelato, coffee or a casual drink by the Grande Canal. The apartment had so much space and was very clean. We were comfortable and enjoyed everything about our stay. I would easily recommend this apartment for anyone going to Venice and would love to meet up with Valeria who really treated us more like family than a tenant.

Könnte nicht besser sein! Wunderbares Apartment in bester Lage, alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ruhig und toller Blick über die Dächer von Venedig. Rialtobrücke in unmittelbarer Gehnähe. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort perfekt, Schlüsselübergabe reibungslos. Gerne wieder!

We’ve now celebrated our daughter’s third and tenth birthday in this great space. Giorgia makes everything very easy. We love the location (near La Zucca) and an easy walk to just about anywhere.

Charming, comfortable, and convenient

Giorgia is a wonderful host and the apartment is well equipped and located. If we are lucky enough to return to Venice, we’d absolutely stay here again. Perfect location for walking to the tourist sites and wandering through residential areas. The walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop is only a few minutes. Loved every day of this stay!

Lovely apartment in the perfect location

My only regret is that we didn’t have more time to stay in this beautiful apartment. Perfectly situated for exploring and dining, we were able to make the most of our short time in Venice. I would definitely recommend this lovely home away from home

Venice Neighborhood Gem

The photos are exactly how the apartment is really like. Yes, there are the steep flight of stairs but far fewer than I had imagined. Check-In with Giorgia's friend Marta was easy & she had very good navigating & restaurant advice for us. The apartment was comfortable & we even had a chance to do some home cooking one evening! The place really added to our Venice experience. It was fun exploring neighborhoods away from the tourist crowds but it was also close enough so that if you wanted to you had access to all the major sites. Ciao!

Terrific Venice Apartment

She is the most wonderful host. Highly recommend taking the water taxi when leaving the airport. it’s a great experience and way to enter the city, no matter the added cost. We were met at a drop off point and escorted directly to the apartment, no stairs until you got to the front door. It’s four flights up but worth every step. Apartment had great rooftop views and listening to the bell towers added to the charm. Everything you need is within a 10 minute walk ie grocery. Quite neighborhood, not tourist traffic. Michelin Star restaurant around the corner that we stumbled upon but had already had dinner around the corner. We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very attentive, checking in to make sure everything was alright. Went above and beyond to give me luggage issues solutions. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful Place!

Apartment is in great location, away from the busy tourist areas. Easy water bus access, with close supermarket, bakery, gelato and outstanding restaurants. Giorgia was great to communicate with (she even booked us a water taxi for our arrival). Met at apartment by Alessia, who was helpful in every sense of the way. Looking forward to returning!

Nice apartment away from the crowds

Quiet, quirky, and perfect

Great communication with Giorgiana. Had her friend Alessia meet us at the dock and escort us to the apartment. Great location, easy to get to Vaporetto, or a short adventurous walk to Rialto bridge. Great restaurants, bakeries, gelato nearby. Much less touristy than other areas. Just make sure you can negotiate three flights of narrow/steep stairs. Very charming place, would stay in this apartment again.

Perfect place for our family of five

We loved this apartment! Georgia was very responsive through the entire process. We were met by Alessia, who was very nice!! She walked us through the details of the apartment and took the time to point out a few sights to see. The place was very clean and the photos are accurate. The air conditioning works great! Both actual bedrooms and the living room have their own units. The room off the living room does not have its own a/c unit, but the living room unit has no problem keeping the room cool if you keep the door open. The location is perfect. It is very easy to walk to the sites or catch a vaporetto. We loved that it was in a quiet and less touristy location. WiFi worked great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Short but sweet stay

From the moment of booking to checking into the property Giorgia was very kind and responded quickly. The property is just as it is advertised on VRBO. We had booked the apartment for 2 nights but Vueling Airlines cancelled our flight into Venice at the last moment and we arrived a day late. Giorgia has arranged for a private water taxi to pick us up but she graciously cancelled the original pickup and scheduled one for the next day. Her friend, Valeria met us at the taxi stop and took us to the apartment and explained everything in detail. I am just disappointed that we lost a day in Venice and another night at the apartment. Quite comfortable, very quiet and in a great location away from the crowds. Very clean and very well equipped. Would not hesitate to book the apartment again. One thing I will say, if someone has mobility issues or elderly, this is probably not the apartment for you as there are about 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and appreciated Giorgia's hospitality.
