10-YEAR SUPERHOST!
Amazing private residence inside a 4,000 square foot first-class Biltmore style English riding stables, overlooking a beautiful 55-acre horse farm/wedding venue property. Enjoy a natural spring fed creek, pond with a fountain, hiking trail, and a wedding venue during weekends called The Stables at Strawberry Creek. If the space is available it means we will not have an event during your stay, so come enjoy yourself!
A fully functional barndominium, full kitchen, laundry, multiple bathrooms, incredible views high on a hill, a deck with guest chairs, sitting room, patio, and farm life!
There is a “no smoking” policy inside. This includes marijuana, tobacco products, and anything else that burns that is not a candle. A $250 fee will be assessed for fumigation, cleaning products, and delays in cleaning. There are 55 acres and outside patios that you are welcome to use for smoking. All cigarette butts and smoking products must be cleaned by you or additional cleaning fees will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting the property for future guests.
Guests may enjoy the venue and farm outdoors. We have a 1 mile walking trail, pond, fresh mountain spring, horses, and plenty of fresh air.

• Owners confirm that the pet(s) is properly vaccinated, not aggressive and properly licensed as required by local, county, or state statutes, and will be held solely responsible for any and all liabilities incurred by the pet’s actions. Guest(s) confirm that the pet fee has been paid on the platform.

• ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration for myself, and the occupants of your unit, being permitted to stay and participate in the activities, I and all persons listed below, agree to the following Waiver and Release:
1. I hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless, Holston Springs LLC and Strawberry Creek LLC, and including all directors, officers and employees of all liability for injuries caused by, but NOT LIMITED TO, the following activities: CAMPFIRES, HIKING, FISHING, SWIMMING, PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT, WATER AMENTIES, PLANNED EVENTS, DOGS, SHOWERS, BICYCLE OR MOTORCYCLE USE, GOLF CARTS, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS AND ENCOUNTERS WITH WILDLIFE. I additionally agree to indemnify Holston Springs LLC and Strawberry Creek LLC and their directors, officers and employees against any legal cost, medical cost, and any other expense arising from any and all injuries, liabilities, or damages from participation at the amenities on property.
2. I understand that the amenities on the greater property are also shared by others that staff and management have no control over and I agree to assume all liability for myself, child/children, and all the occupants of my unit, even if arising from negligence from other participants on the property.
3. I agree to read all posted signs and understand that all amenities are “play at your own risk” and that there is no swimming in the pond and no lifeguard on duty. I agree to always follow all instructions from the staff.
4. I have read, understand, and agree to follow the terms, conditions, rules and regulations listed above even if they are not applicable at listed property. I further understand that if I do not comply, I may be asked to leave the location without refund. These terms, conditions, rules, and regulations cover registered and non-registered guests in my party. *
