Comfortable & convenient second floor apartment located in duplex on 3rd St. There is open concept floor plan living, dining, & kitchen with breakfast bar. Down the hall you will find a bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry room with washer/dryer, and master bedroom with a queen sized bed and attached full bathroom. There is two off street parking spaces in the back of the property and free on street parking. Fully equipped with everything to make you comfortable during your stay. You'll love the hardwood floors and watching the world race by from the comfort of your front balcony
Located across the street from the Castle St Arts & Antique District where you could spend hours perusing the unique shops, cafes, & restaurants. All while being a 15 min walk to Historic Downtown & 20 min walk to the Cargo District. Enjoy everything Wilmington has to offer! Long term stays are allowed, inquire within for monthly rates.
Please note, the fireplace is not usable.

Reviewer Comments: From its photo, you might expect a quiet getaway, but because of its proximity to highways and downtown, there is a lot of street traffic. Noise notwithstanding, the inside and on the porch are very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessities and even pantry staples. Parking was ample -- street and backyard. Lovely walk among the Historic homes to the water. I would stay again!

We will not rent this apartment again

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found this property to be adequate in some ways but below standard in others.On the positive side, the interior was clean and beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked great but it was actually a little too cool and we could not find the thermostat to adjust temperature. The ice machine is excellent.The kitchen is lacking basic serving pieces and there was no Saran Wrap or aluminum foil to wrap leftover food (however, to his credit, our property manager quickly provided needed items.)The outside porch was FILTHY (we had to scrub chairs and deck in order to sit out there) and furniture is not comfortable. Most of the interior furniture looks like it came from a junk store. Lack of wall hangings made the place uninviting. Venetian blinds are falling apart and lack of curtains make sleeping in a problem.In addition there was an ant invasion in the kitchen and the bathroom.The outside garbage can, which we were expected to drag to the street on Monday, was so overflowing with other people’s garbage that it was too heavy to pull.This place has been overlooked and neglected.

My wife and I enjoyed the stay at this address for our one year anniversary. The unit is adequately furnished and well'supplied with whatever things you might need as at home. This was my first visit to Wilmington, but thanks to the comforts provided at this address, I'm sure to visit again.

Great house in a great location

Great property near everything in the historic district. The house was surprisingly roomy, and we found ourselves looking for reasons to go back "home" as a refuge between vacation activities on a hot late spring weekend. I would highly recommend the property and would be happy to stay there again when I'm next in Wilmington.

Reviewer Comments: the house was clean and cozy. two things, there was not enough linen and also there is a problem behind the house with ants. we arrived friday evening and parked both vehicles behind the house. they did not move until sunday morning when we left. both vehicles had ants all in them! someone needs to spray behind the house for that because now i'm having to get the inside of my car sprayed for an exterminator.

Nice little place downtown Wilmington

Very pleased with our stay. The place was cute, very clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great location, close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The only thing we didn’t like was how busy and loud the street was, but that wasn’t a dealbreaker. Would definitely go back there again.

Perfect place

We were in town for three nights and needed a nice spacious two bedroom with proximity of everything. This was the perfect place that was super clean, comfortable, and priced right. We could walk to downtown or easily drive to stores and the beaches. I’m trying to think of something that would make this place better and I just can’t. We will definitely consider this place for our next visit.
