La Casa Del Rincon is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home in the heart of Mérida with a filtered dipping pool and gated off-street parking – a short jaunt to Paseo de Montejo as well as Santa Lucia and the main square -- many amazing restaurants, shops, theater, art galleries, and the sights of Mérida. For those wanting to spend the day relaxing at the beach, it's about a 30 minute drive. The house has all the modern conveniences that you expect from a vacation home, including a private pool and laundry facilities. Although the home does offer secure off-street parking, Uber is readily available in Mérida and quite inexpensive.

La Casa Del Rincon is a fully walled stand-alone home which is rare in the Centro area. The home has an open floor plan living area. Kitchen, dining area and living room, double door entry to a large bedroom and dual entry bathroom.

La Casa Del Rincon is ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers who want to stay in Centro while enjoying their trip to Merida. The open concept living space is roomy and flows nicely into a large bedroom with a queen size bed with a pillow top mattress, storage, and a reading chair complete the room. The bedroom opens to newly renovated on suite bathroom, complete with glassed in shower.

The kitchen is cozy but well-stocked for preparing meals. Purified water is provided. We provide you with a fully equipped kitchen. Equipment and appliances including: a toaster, coffee machine, crock-pot, pots & pans, stove, refrigerator and microwave. Kitchen has a small coffee nook furnished with a bistro table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. Dining area has seating for 4.

The living room includes a sofa with lounger and a 60” smart TV for your comfort and enjoyment. Home also includes wifi for your convenience.

Located in the large bathroom are a brand-new set of stack-able washer/dryer unit that you may use during your stay. Laundry located inside the main home is also rare in Mérida, no need to trapes outside to do laundry

Air conditioner units are located in the open concept living area and the bedroom for your comfort. The entire home can be cooled within minutes and both the living area and bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans.

All of our guests are welcome to the entirety of the home and have access to use anything on the property including the kitchen, pool, and any other amenities. The house is not shared with any other occupants, so you can enjoy privacy during your stay.

Roll-away bed available for additional guest upon request.

A signed short term rental agreement is required for all bookings which includes valid cc information in lieu of charging a damage deposit
