Tranquilidad pacífica en South Palm Springs

La tranquilidad abunda en esta casa estilo rancho de cuatro dormitorios y tres baños ubicada al final de una tranquila calle sin salida en el vecindario de Los Compadres, en el sur de Palm Springs, menos ventoso. Una espectacular piscina y spa están rodeados de hermosos jardines con palmeras maduras contra el vívido cielo del desierto. Disfruta de un paraíso desértico completamente privado, tranquilo y relajante.

En el interior, ingresará a una gran sala grande con mucho espacio para reunirse y relajarse frente al televisor de pantalla grande sobre la chimenea de gas o en la barra de desayuno extra larga. La cocina, que se abre a la gran sala, está completamente equipada y cuenta con encimeras de Corian, un gran refrigerador de acero inoxidable, hornos dobles, microondas, placa de cocina eléctrica y una ventana de jardín que da al patio trasero verde. La gran sala también cuenta con una mesa de comedor contemporánea, dos ventiladores de techo, acceso directo al garaje y puertas correderas que se abren al patio cubierto y al área de la piscina, lo que brinda un fácil acceso y la mejor experiencia en el desierto interior / exterior.

Afuera hay un gran patio y voladizo que proporciona una amplia sombra del sol durante el día. Hay muebles de patio contemporáneos que incluyen una mesa para comer al aire libre y muchos asientos casuales y sillones para relajarse junto a la piscina y el spa. Ya sea que eches camarones en la barbacoa de gas, cenas al aire libre, juegues al croquet o simplemente te relajes en la piscina y el spa, seguramente disfrutarás de este oasis en el desierto completamente privado, tranquilo y relajante.

La casa cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y tres baños. Dos de las habitaciones son master suites con baño propio y acceso directo a la piscina y al patio. Una de las suites principales consta de más de 1,000 pies cuadrados y cuenta con una cama king-size, una chimenea cubierta de pizarra, techos abovedados, un televisor de pantalla grande y un reproductor de DVD, un asiento junto a la ventana, un baño con dos tocadores, una ducha grande y un bañera separada y un amplio armario con vestidor. El otro maestro tiene una cama doble, un televisor de pantalla grande y un reproductor de DVD y dos lavabos en su baño. Las dos habitaciones tienen una cama doble y dos camas individuales, respectivamente, y comparten el tercer baño. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo para mayor comodidad.

Se ofrece televisión por cable básica e internet inalámbrico. Muebles y obras de arte contemporáneos diseñados profesionalmente se encuentran en toda la casa. Beautiful home that worked great for our group.

Another wonderful stay at Tranquility Plus! This home is just perfect for our group of long-time friends. In fact, there were two days we didn't leave the house...just lazed in the pool and under the covered patio. We also noticed the new artwork! We are making plans for next year's return. Splendor Spacious Perfect!!!!

Enjoyment. Enjoyment!! This place is so wonderful and homey and you just never have to leave! Everything so thought out and perfect for any guest looking for a home not a rental home. Pool, spa yard lovely and home wonderfully decorated and comfortable with all you need! Lots of linens, towels, great showers, pool flotations, bikes, updated for a really great home away from home. Definitely coming back!! Owners very very great too.

A Family Reunion Haven

What a wonderful home, absolutely perfect for our family Christmas reunion. The house was perfectly located and beautifully clean. As avid cooks we found everything we needed to prepare and enjoy wonderful family feasts over the holiday season. With 4 very well appointed bedrooms each of our adult children was well served and the master bedroom could not have been a better oasis for my husband and myself! The pool and spa were well used and greatly appreciated. All round, a roaring success and we are looking forward to returning. Thank you Robert; your home is a gem.

Tranquility Plus Plus Plus

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at your beautiful home. Everything was as described, actually better than described. Clean, comfortable, well maintained and had every amenity we needed. Loved the private backyard and made good use of the pool, spa and bbq. The master bedroom suite was to die for, wish we could've taken it home with us! The booking process was smooth and the owner was very helpful. Would recommend this property without hesitation to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable getaway in Palm Springs.

Annual get a way

Our annual girls trip was a success due to this amazing property. The pool was fabulous and the house was close to everything that we wanted to do. It was clean and spacious and lots of space for conversation and just lounging around. LOVED our time there!!!

Great home away from home

Our group of long-time girlfriends returned yesterday from our 5-night stay at Tranquility Plus. I cannot begin to describe this beautiful home, the online photos just don't do it justice. The very quiet neighborhood and very little wind meant we were able to spend a great deal of time in the fabulous pool, and since it was about 108°, we did! The home has everything you'll need for convenience, and the décor fits the ambiance of Palm Springs. Don't hesitate to consider this property.

Great Girls Getaway

Had a great time lounging around the pool and home with a small group of mid-40's friends. The house is well maintained with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of lounge chairs and floats for the pool, which is where we were most of the time, and all of the bedrooms were comfy. The kitchen was great with updated appliances & we ended up cooking almost every meal during our stay. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone seeking a relaxing vacation, wether it be with friends or family.

Perfect family getaway!!

The property exceeded all expectations for a long weekend of family fun. The property is well maintained, all amenities and comforts of home plus more. Our family travels to Palm Springs in the summer every year and we're planning on visiting this property from now on and recommending to all our friends and family. Family week

This is the second year that we have rented this home for our annual girls' week in Palm Springs. The home is super-clean, beautifully maintained, and a great size for eight women. We cook in for all meals and the kitchen is fully-equipped with everything we needed, including the great propane barbeque on the patio. The pool is a good size for floating and reading and those of us who don't like to get a lot of sun appreciate the covered patio and comfortable outdoor furniture. The home is located in a very convenient area and close to a good grocery store. The owner is helpful and responsive to questions and concerns. We had a fantastic stay and plan to rent this home again.

Great Value

This property was exactly as advertised. The place was well outfitted with great furniture, beds and all things necessary to make your stay comfortable. As we were attending Palm Springs for a wedding we were to arrive a few hours befor ethe normal check-in time and the owner without hesitation quickly repsonded to stay it wasn't a problem, we so appreciated that gesture. The value is outstanding. In comparing to the cost of an upscale hotel room for the number of people in our party it was simply no contest. You simply arrive open the lock box and the house is yours it couldn't get any easier. make sure if you go that you stamp your name on the master suite it is great space!

Perfect,quiet, clean and relaxing

We had a wonderful family reunion here celebrating Grandpa's 100th birthday. Have stayed here twice this year - everyone loves this lovely big home on a quiet culdesac close to everything in PS. It's clean and so quiet and the master suite is incredible, way beyond expectations. Great pool and spa and huge side yard with citrus trees. A great party house and it makes you really feel like you're on vacation staying here. A very warm, friendly and comfortable home; we hated to leave.

10 May 2012 Our group of eight thoroughly enjoyed this past weekend at the subject house in Palm Springs. Everything was as it should be in the kitchen and all through the house. The patio area, pool and spa were quite enjoyable by our "mostly seniors" group. You will note that we left the property in excellent condition. A Perfect Place To Stay

As soon as we turned the lock and opened the door to our weekend "home," we realized just how accurate the description of the property was. It was indeed "Tranquility Plus." Each of the rooms was tastefully decorated and smartly arranged. There was plenty of room for a either a large family or just the two of us. Everything was spotless and felt very welcoming. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the dishes and utensils one might need. There were plenty of clean linens. The master bedroom suite was particularly inviting since it was so large, had a nice fireplace and a great chaise from which to either watch the large flat screen TV or just read and doze off. There were plenty of TVs to watch and the WiFi was very handy. The pool and jacuzzi were both good-sized and could entertain a family very well. The two bikes in the garage were very helpful and fun for biking around all the adjacent flat neighborhoods. The home is situated just a few minutes from both Smoketree Plaza and Smoketree Commons, who together had stores for everything we needed to stock up for our entire visit. It's close to good local restaurants nearby, as well as just a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs, where food and fun abound! The owner was very friendly and extremely responsive to our needs. We would definitely recommend this rental to our friends and relatives and look forward to returning in the near future.

An awesome vacation location

The home is central to everything in the South Palm Springs locale. A short drive away from downtown Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage and other valley cities. Beautiful front landscaping. Interior is richly decorated with artwork and accessory pieces throughout. Very nicely furnished in LR, greatroom, BR's and baths. Entire house is clean and comforable Kitchen is very nicely equiped with all utensils and gadgets you would have at home-- something rarely found in rentals! Outdoor patio furniture is comfortable and also provides an outdoor dining area which we used whenever we dined in. Two new bikes were a big plus as there are so many safe and accessable biking areas in Los Compadres neighborhood. Agree with prior tenants that pool area needs work. Owner is very responsive to all requests. We were there during a heavy electrical storm and owner quickly responded to our concerns.

Wonderful Family Get-Away!

Our family had a wonderful time on our vacation! Our daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter were with us. We like staying on the south end of Palm Springs to avoid the winds and the location was perfect since we didn't want to spend our time having to driving all over town to go shopping or eating out. It is only five minutes from downtown Palm Springs where our favorite mexican restaurant is located, Smoke Tree Plaza is just around the corner and the Super Wal-Mart is only 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home is located on a cul-de-sac. The home was very clean inside and had more amenities than the house we stayed at last year. Plenty of towels, blankets and linens. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to make a small or large meal. We loved, loved, loved the big plasma TV's in the livingroom, master suite and ensuite. Since we had our 4 year old granddaughter with us we never had a problem putting in a DVD for her while someone else was watching sports, etc. Liked the open floor plan where everyone was together in the living space. It was very kid friendly since the home is on one level and my husband is on crutches and uses a wheelchair awaiting surgery and he was able to get around very easily. The master suite was fabulous and our granddaughter liked sleeping on the large chaise lounge. We had friends from La Quinta stop by and we grilled steaks and corn on the large BBQ which cooked to perfection. The lanai area was very comfortable and we had several meals while sitting around the pool. The pool was the only thing that could have been a little more updated. The deck and pool walls looked like they were in need of refurbishing and the filter didn't seem to keep the pool as clean as it needed to be. But we swam everyday and still enjoyed the whole experience! The owner was very responsive and took care of any of the questions we had during our stay. He was very accomodating to any needs that arose. We would recommend it to our family and friends as a great get-away!

I've been coming to Palm Springs since I was a kid and have always enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing desert lifestyle. This is my second home in the desert. I selected it because of it's quiet cul-de-sac location in the less-windy South Palm Springs neighborhood of Los Compadres. It is also conveniently close to the shops and restaurants in the new Smoketree Shopping area and only a short drive from the Downtown Palm Springs nightlife.
