Welcome to Mountain View, a luxurious desert retreat perfectly situated near everything amazing in Palm Springs. Designed for relaxation and entertaining, this stylish home combines modern comfort with stunning San Jacinto views. Please note that this inviting vacation property is available only with a minimum stay of 30 nights.
Inside, you’ll find 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, offering space and privacy for everyone. The primary suite features a spa-inspired en suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub. A second bedroom also includes a private en suite bathroom, while a third bedroom is conveniently located near the guest bath. The fourth bedroom is a detached private casita, complete with its own en suite bathroom, ideal for guests seeking extra privacy.
The fully loaded kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for the whole group. Families will love the bonus/family room, featuring two full-size convertible couch beds — a perfect hangout space for work, movie nights or sleepovers. Note: There are televisions in all bedrooms, living room, and family room, with high speed Internet throughout the house.
Outside, soak up the sunshine in the private yard with sparkling lap pool, and large spa. There are plenty of grass areas, a gas-fire ring, lush trees and shrubs, gas bbq, and also a serene front patio with a calming water fountain. The home is on a cul-de-sac in the tranquil development of The Enclave.
The property is located just five minutes from downtown Palm Springs with its famous restaurant and shopping district, and also near the Aerial Tramway, Palm Springs Air Museum, a short drive to Tahquitz Canyon, and it's less than an hour from Joshua Tree National Park. This home flows from one room to the next, and whether there are 16 visitors like our family, or just two, the house breathes with everyone in a soft and tranquil way. Put your feet up at the fire ring at night, and watch the aerial tram glide up the mountain. Occasional planes overhead make you feel sorry for the people leaving Palm Springs, and happy for those arriving.
