Imagine spending your vacation at this beautiful 6 bedroom residence set right on the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea in this highly sought-after location. Come and experience this stunning well planned property for yourself in this Villa Apartment that sleeps 12 people.

Enjoy the large swimming pool on site along with a barbecue. Villa 99 is fully gated, as well as housing every other luxury touch you would expect. Enjoy your breakfast under the palapa on the beach watching the sunrise each morning.
This listing is for the whole Villa overlooking the Caribbean Sea and is located on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor. On the ground floor there are 2 studio units, and on the second and third floor there are another 2 two bedroom condos. Together these 4 apartments make up the whole villa.
This house can be rented in a number of different room configurations, but you will always have access to your own full kitchen as well as all the modern amenities you are used to.
Come and enjoy the Caribbean lifestyle that brings you back to Placencia, and Villa 99 again and again!!

Note this property is a Self Catering Property and will require a separate rental agreement with house rules.
The pool may be cleaned without notice during your stay.
Basic amenities will be provided, but more may need to be purchased during your stay.

Great property for a large group! Our party, which included 5 couples and a solo traveler, stayed at Villa 99 for 5 nights and it was perfect! There was plenty of space that we never felt like we were on top of one another. The outdoor space was also excellent! We made great use of the pool, private beach and verandas. Would definitely stay there again!

House was very clean. But definitely not a house configuration but 4 individual condo configuration. Could have been better explained on Vrbo. Many outdoor tables of different heights and sizes but nothing we could put together to eat all together as a family of 94 different apartments in one home but not a living room big enough to hold everyone and 2 small kitchens instead of one family size one.4 daybeds but no cushions so not comfortable. Bbq was not inspiring and dirty.Unfortunately the pool wasn’t very clean and had algae and sand. The washing mashing was also dirty with hairs inside and the dryer didn’t work.

Hi Suzi, and thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry for the home not being up to your standards. This is the first non 10/10 review we have had so we take that seriously. Please note the description does clearly mention the layout of the home. But if you are ever unsure, always reach out to us as we are happy to confirm. Sadly most of the other things you mentioned simply dont seem to co-relate to what we found. The pool may seem to have sand, but there is some wear on the surface, that in no way makes it dirty. The other matters we could not find any fault sorry?? We always encourage all our guests just to reach out when any issue is found. We have a whole team ready to help. Looking at the communication we had with you on Vrbo, you did not seem to do that. Anyway, we wish you safe travels in the future.

We had a wonderful time. The property manager even arranged a personal chef for us which made the experience extra special. The place was very private and we did not see anyone else the whole time. It was a cool and relaxing getaway. The only downside was the sand flies which were pretty wild, but that is part of nature. Overall it was an amazing stay and I give it a ten out of ten.

Spectacular!

This property was perfect for our family of 11. It is right on the beach with beautiful sand, and an amazing pool overlooking the beach. It has a cabana to relax, just watching the water. They provide kayaks and life jackets, games, and fun! We had a wonderful vacation staying there! Thank you!!

A private paradise that was a perfect ending to a perfect vacation.

We arrived after dark and the caretakers had every window in the house as a beacon for us to find our way around. Communication was excellent and the house was beautiful. At sunrise the next morning was when we got our first look at the amazing views. We had plenty of room for four couples. We didn't end up using the kitchen facilities to make meals as we decided to eat out for meals because the food in Belize is excellent. We ended up driving our rental car to Maya Beach to eat a couple of meals at Maya Beach Bistro and one meal at The Green Parrot. Both restaurants were awesome and our servers were great! We drove into Placencia which took about 25-30 minutes by car. We also drove about 25 minutes in the opposite direction to Che'il Maya Chocolate Factory and another 5-10 minutes past the factory to eat lunch at Maya Heights Restaurant which was also very good. Even though the house was in a residential area, we never felt like we were too far from good restaurants and activities. I also enjoyed the Ecofiltro Clay water filter that was in our unit. One of the kitchens had a dishwasher and the other full kitchen did not but it worked since we didn't really have dishes to wash. We brought our own games but there were puzzles and games for both adults and children available. The pool was refreshing and the hammock was comfortable. We didn't get a chance to use the kayaks since the water was a little rough the couple of days we had some time at the house to relax. Overall we really enjoyed Villa 99 and felt like we were on a luxury vacation. We hated leaving and hope we can come back some time in the future!
