The space
You are so close to so much! The GSMNP, Dollywood, great hikes, live music, amazing local restaurants, multiple wineries, cideries, and of course moonshine and more! Explore everything Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, rent an ATV, and take a beautiful drive in the mountains and see the amazing views, take the family shopping, ziplining, ride go-karts, and walk the strip in Gatlinburg. There are so many things to do in the area! Relaxing at the house also includes so much to do. Chill in the hot tub, sit around the fire pit, grill up some burgers using the charcoal grill, drink some coffee in the rocking chairs on the porch, play poker, pool, or board games, or have some friendly competition playing some cornhole! The backyard feels private and relaxing with open fields and beautiful outdoor lighting.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen equipped with multiple appliances such as a toaster, hand mixer, and ice maker! Salt, pepper, and oil are provided for you. Enjoy a full coffee bar that includes a starter supply of
K-cups, hot chocolate, sugar, and creamer are included.
Enjoy filtered water using the Brita filter. You will find pots/pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, sheet pans, baking dishes, and all dishware needed in the kitchen cabinets!

LIVING ROOM:
With a big couch, there is enough room for everyone to gather in the living room for game night, and watch a movie on the 65" Roku TV. You will sign into your streaming services using "Guest Mode" on the Roku and the TV will automatically log out of your accounts when you check out. A few board games are provided. An electric fireplace can make the space more relaxing with the different colors of flames and rocks of your choosing.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
-Full-size washer and dryer included with a starter pack of laundry detergent.

BASEMENT:
With the poker table and pool table, there are hours of fun to be had! A seating area with a pull-out couch sits in front of the 50" Roku TV
