Este condominio recientemente remodelado de 1,450 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones y 2 baños se ubica en la playa de Los Muertos, en el casco antiguo / zona romántica. Esta amplia auténtica condominio actualizado todavía es muy cómodo y bien equipado. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama California King con vista al mar y una televisión de pantalla plana en la pared. La segunda habitación tiene dos camas individuales, (se puede solicitar para el rey) y vistas a la montaña, así como un televisor de pantalla plana en la pared. La cocina está totalmente equipada con horno, nevera, microondas, tostadora, licuadora, etc. para aquellos estancia en casa por la noche. El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana con cable y vistas al mar desde el sofá. La mejor parte del condominio es la unidad en la esquina 7º nivel del patio balcón donde se puede disfrutar de la brisa del mar y ver puestas de sol! Condominio complejo Wifi está disponible en la unidad.

Vista del Sol cuenta con seguridad las 24 horas y la recepción habla Inglés. La unidad y el complejo son muy adecuado para niños. El servicio de limpieza está incluido todos los días excepto los domingos (Propinas apreciadas por el personal) La azotea ofrece una fabulosa piscina climatizada que le da una vista de 360 ​​grados del océano a las montañas.

Esta ubicación está a poca distancia de excelentes restaurantes, tiendas de comestibles, tiendas, galerías y vida nocturna sin fin. Loved Vista Del Sol - great condo

Love love love this place. Great view, terrific location. We walked everywhere-had breakfast at La Palapa on the beach. There are so many great restaurants and massage places near here and the French bakery around the corner is sublime. Cannot wait to return next spring. The only reason I rated it a 4 not a 5 is that they were jackhammering on the roof for awhile.

Wonderful condo

Vista del Sol is beautiful and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed including a large refrigerator with ice maker, and a 6 burner range. Being on the north side of the building, the view was much better than we expected.

Wonderful!!

This was our 2nd year staying at VDS. Once again, a fantastic experience in a great condo. The location is perfect. The pool area has had some improvements, new pool deck, bbq & palapa which are all very nice. The replacement of the older pool deck loungers during our stay was another very nice rooftop improvement. Thank you once again Travis! Claude & Leslie

The location, of this condo, is absolutely perfect and the photos don't begin to do it justice. Everything is super clean and modern with a wonderful classic mexican charm & is supplied with all the comforts of home. Great location, unit and views!!

This was my second year renting at Vista Del Sol. The building is in the best location, has plenty of room and a lovely ocean view from the outdoor patio, master bedroom and living room. The owners were very easy to deal with, the cleaning lady was great, and the building is very secure. The only problem is that it is already booked for the weeks I would like to be in PV next year!

My daughter, son-in-law, 2 young teen grandchildren, and myself stayed in #705 for a week in April, 2018 and it felt like paradise. My favorite thing was sitting on the balcony, reading, listening to the ocean, and watching the waves. My husband and I had been going to Puerto Vallarta for 28 years, loving every second of it. This condo has been beautifully remodeled, very comfortable, and is stocked better than many other condos. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't in the condo. Travis was very easy to work with and answered my questions promptly. There was a problem with the washer/dryer but Travis worked it out. Joforester

Absolutely amazing!!

My wife and I shared this amazing condo with another couple for 2 weeks in February 2018. The unit is beautifully renovated with fantastic bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. Housekeeping services were efficient and appreciated. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and were lucky enough to see whales while sitting on the balcony. Location could not be better. Magnificent Condo and Location

My wife and I and another couple shared this lovely unit for four weeks in January. We could not have been more pleased for many reasons. The kitchen was beautifully upgraded with major appliances and granite counter tops. Same for both bathrooms plus a wonderful washer dryer combination conveniently located. The view from the patio was outstanding and the weather could not have been better. The location is central to the Malecon and easy walking distance to either Centro or Old Town. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return in the years ahead.

Well located, very roomy.

The weather was very good. low to mid 80s during the day and high 60s overnight. The condo was very nice although the dish washer did not work. The rooftop pool and sunning area was nice. Good restaurant and shopping location near Malecon. The maid was very good.

Fantastic location!

Great stay from a great owner!

We come to PV every other year and have been for approximately 20 years. We can honestly say this has been the best accommodations yet! The condo is beautifully decorated and has been updated. No detail was left out! The kitchen is fully stocked, seating is comfortable no matter if you're on the patio, tv room, or dining room. The beds are very comfortable after a long day in the sun. The bathrooms have been completely updated and are very clean. Laundry is even available in the unit if needed. Travis sent us a package detailing everything from maid service to rules and expectations of the building to even the fine details. A great deal of care has been thought through in order to make This such an easy trip. This is the type of place that you could easily spend weeks or even months at a time....it feels just like home. Travis went above and beyond to ensure that we would have a great trip. He was very open, easy to communicate with, and responded in a prompt manner. Not only did he communicate multiple times prior to the trip (and always asked if We needed anything else) but it was nice to receive an email the day before we left to ask how the trip was and to let us know to contact him if anything was needed. We will definitely be looming to book this exact unit again in the near future. I would highly recommend working with Travis and would encourage everyone to try this condo Out!! You won't be so. Thanks again Travis for making this a wonderful experience!!

Wonderful week in Unit 705

Where to start!! My husband, mom and our 5 year son stay at Vista Del Sol #705 for Thanksgiving week. Everything from the Location, the beautifully remodeled well stocked condo, security and door man was FABULOUS!! We have stayed at many condos all over Mexico and California and this was by far the most well maintain and completed stocked and furnished place we have every stayed at. The location couldn't be better and the beach right in front of the condo is the best IMO. Travis was great to work with and we can't wait to stay at this property again.

Beautiful condo, Great location, Amazing ocean views !

Our stay at Vista Del Sol was wonderful. The condo was beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything and everything you could possibly need. We even found dice to play Yahtzee (we were devastated when we forgot it and couldn't find anything in any of the airports and to our surprise there they were!) The pictures of the view from the balcony really doesn't do the place justice. It is so much better in person. The boardwalk and beach are directly below you. Every morning we woke up to the locals fishing below us, and even saw dolphins one morning. The roof top pool was spacious and one of our favorite spots. (We visited during off season, so we needed to cool down often from the hot and humid July weather). Everyone we encountered was so nice. Angela the housekeeper was very sweet and did an amazing job, and the guys at the front desk were great. The location was perfect. We spent a lot of time shopping along the river, and in town. The location made everything easily walkable. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. It was a much-needed break from the hustle and bustle.

Awesome condo right next to downtown!

We had such a great time at this condo. It's got a great ocean view and it's walking distance to downtown which made everything super accessible and removed our dependence on taxis. There is a restaurant downstairs and the staff was very helpful and made a bunch of recommendations that helped us make the most out of our trip. The condo itself was in great condition and had all the amententies we needed. Best of all, the AC was cold :)

Excellent location and fully stocked kitchen!

We have nothing bad to say about this unit. Having a washer and dryer was fantastic! Bed was comfy. The master shower was the best. I am going to make my husband redo our shower when we get home. Best shower head ever! I Very much enjoyed it. We had 2 couples and was spacious enough for sure.

Amazing View and Location

We stayed at Vista Del Sol for a week over Christmas and had a wonderful experience. It is a busy area on the boardwalk but that made it fun. You can walk anywhere for whatever you desire- wonderful dinners (Pancho's Tacos!), massages, pharmacy, beach, coffee. The pool on the roof was fun and quiet. The condo was very comfortable with a small deck but big enough with a beautiful view. Everything you need is there and I love that there is a large bottle water dispenser. We always like having a kitchen and the OXXO is close for small food purchases.

Amazing vacation condo!

We have stayed at Vista del Sol for over 15 years. This unit is by the far nicest - beautifully finished, beautifully decorated and incredibly well equipped with everything we could have hoped for or needed. Terrific pool on the roof. The location in The Romantic Zone (or Playa los Muertos) on the Malecon provides easy walking access to everything: amazing restaurants, OXXO (convenience stores) on two corners, a delightful bakery around the block, great shopping, art galleries, and entertainment. It has a small town feel to it, very safe. We have stayed all over Puerto Vallarta from the Marina to down south in Conchas Chinas. No location can compete with this unit. We plan to return next year and hopefully, many more.

Perfect Location!

Perfect location!! Walking distance to shops, restaurants...right on the beach. Condo is absolutely beautiful and well stocked. Loved sitting outside on the balcony every morning...very peaceful and tranquil. Nights on the balcony provided amazing sunsets. Would definitely stay here ago.

Fantastic condo with awesome views

My wife and I spent two weeks in PV over the New Year. We have vacationed in Puerto Vallarta for over thirty four years and this is the first time we have gone the condo route. This condo is amazing and I hope to rent it many times in the future. The view is great and the space is fantastic.

Perfect location

This condo was perfect for our quick getaway in January. The rental had all the amenities we could want and the location could not have been better. We walked to most meals and even got a couples massage at a nice spa right down the Malecon. Both the patio and rooftop pool had awesome views of the ocean, and the staff working the front desk made us feel like we were staying at a high end hotel. The owner was very easy to work with and gave us great insight and instructions for our stay. 5 star rental!
