This amazing house was perfect for our family to gather in celebration of my niece’s graduation and Mother’s day weekend. This house has plenty of space for a large family like mine. It’s very comfy not to mention the BBQ grill, pool and hot tub. It’s was perfect for our family and I like the fact that is 10min away from the airport. Thanks Alysia for accommodating our early check- in.

This beautiful home has a lot to offer. The game room with golf simulator, pinball machines and darts was an added benefit to what this home provides. Plenty of space here. Master bedroom is incredible. Communication with host was excellent. Lots of amenities-pool, hot tub, laundry room. Owner even has floaties and pool toys stored outside! Plenty of beach towels provided as well. Close to everything in area. We went to a local Safeway to fill fridge and get snacks. Owner supplies paper goods, coffee, and basic staples for cooking. All pots, pans, utensils, and cups also here.

Property was great! Owner was super accommodating, we had last minute cancelation of another property for pool issues and Alysia was not only able to accommodate us last minute but let us check in early! She saved my son’s graduation from being very stressful to having a great relaxing time. The house is very accommodating for families! Thanks so much for all your help!

Perfect Location for Convention in Sacramento!

Spacious, clean, modern home that was perfect as a place to unwind and relax after a day of business at the convention we were in town to attend. Everyone really enjoyed the multiple sitting areas, the firepit and outdoor kitchen, the pool and hot tub, the pinball machines, golf screen and super comfortable beds! The kitchen had all of the items you would need for feeding 13 people, no issues of not enough plates or silverware, and plenty of pots and pans to cook! The wifi for the home was fast and stable, able to handle all 13 of us using it at once. If we are ever back in Sacramento for another conference, we will definately be repeat renters!!

Great entertainment area!

This house was exactly what we needed to house our entire extended family. The house is well equipped for entertaining and spending quality time together. Was a little caught off guard that the house is fully utilized as a primary home (personal pictures, fridge with food, shower items left) and there were a few stains on pillow cases and the beds in a few of the spare rooms were not comfortable but other than that the hosts were very nice and mainly responsive. Most of our time was spent in the pool/hot tub and living area outside. Great space if you are planning to stay with a larger group!
