This charming, tastefully decorated, and bright home includes a cheerful yellow fully equipped kitchen with a unique island, large dining room and wide plank pine flooring throughout. Relax on the main floor in the living room and enjoy the ambience of a glowing fire in the brick fireplace. The large reclaimed wood barn door on rolling hardware provides the means to make the main floor's two twin bed bedroom a quiet space right off the dinning room. Step through the double doors off the dinning room into the 3 Season Sunroom to enjoy a refreshing breeze in this screened in space.
Upstairs the primary bedroom features a queen size bed and has an attached full bathroom and loft. The loft space is furnished with a couch that rolls out into a queen size bed. The loft also doubles as office space if you can't leave it all behind.
Head down to the fully finished basement retreat, it includes a wet bar, full bath, large entertainment space and unique surf board table that sits 6. The washer and dryer are located in the basement for convenience.
Outdoor amenities include a propane Weber grill, firepit, and hot/cold outdoor shower. Take in the quiet and stars from the private back patio. If your stay is mid-summer and your timing is right, pick blueberries from the 20 blueberry bushes in the front yard or enjoy a pear from the tree. The property is monitored by an outside security camera located at the front door.
Located on the quieter side of Chatham you are within convenient walking distance to great restaurants like Pisces and Drifters, and a short drive brings you to a local favorite Buca's Tuscan Roadhouse. A stroll along the soft sands of Forest Beach and its beautiful views awaits you less than a mile away. Ride or walk the nearby Old Colony Bike path for a breath of fresh air. Looking for the livelier atmosphere of downtown Chatham or Harwich? You're within a 10 minutes drive of either. Walk along the busy sidewalks enjoying quaint shops and more dining experiences.
