This is a well established mature neighborhood. Absolutely No party, No loud music, No smoking/drug, No illegal activities allowed. Guests will be asked to leave if they violate the rules and/or complaint from neighbors. Please be respectful to the peace and calmness of the atmosphere and neighborhood at all time, and I will do my very best to work with your needs and any particular request of your group. Great for family, larger groups, or working professionals. Minimum stay 30 days. Thank you for your interests
