This home has accommodations for a total of 5 guests; two bedrooms, each with a queen sized bed and a full sized sofa sleeper in the living room. Other features include a dedicated work space, Wi-Fi, and kitchen with full sized stove, large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. In the unfinished basement there is a shared laundry area including a washer, dryer and folding table — this is shared with my daughter who lives on the property in a separate home. The basement has a separate entry door and a garage door and there is empty space available for storage. There is a newly installed HVAC system with disinfecting UV lights. Outside there is a porch with outdoor dining area and a fenced in back yard with a fire pit.
