We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was spotless and well-maintained, with incredibly cozy beds that guaranteed great nights of sleep. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay, making at-home meals easy and enjoyable. We especially loved watching the sunsets from the balcony—nothing beat that view. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable home away from home, and we’d happily return. Highly recommended!

Great property. Emerald Isle is on West End of Beach which is much quieter and less crowded. Great for families. Emerald Isle also has its own great Security Staff who are actively walking around and checking in with guests at the pool, or in lobbies. Very helpful, kind, and they want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable stay. (They won’t tolerate boisterous Spring Breakers). Kids loved the heated pool and direct beach access. Condo unit was clean, and everything was in good condition. (Not worn out like some other beach properties we have stayed at). Note that if you arriving late in the evening or on the weekend, the Emerald Isle office will not re-open until Tuesday morning which can make getting your parking pass and swim bands a bit of a challenge.

Room was very clean and nicely decorated. The view was amazing! This trip was just me and my husband but the room will perfectly accommodate our family of six, which includes three grown daughters and a fiance. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for a long weekend for my oldest son to propose to his longtime girlfriend. The condo was perfect with plenty of beds, the kitchen was great. The large balcony with rocking chairs was very enjoyable. Overall a great stay.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had an issuse with our door code and the property manager fixed it within minutes. You can text this company and you get an immediate response, which is really nice. We have stayed in this building before and we always love it. Very easy to check in, easy parking and not too crowded.

We booked a 2 br beachfront condo weeks in advance through vrbo to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Unfortunately, on that very day we were schedule to check in, the property management co called to let me know we could not stay due to a 3 night minimum. Instead of honoring the reservation that had already been confirmed, they simply ask if I would like to cancel my reservations. They offered a few alternative properties, but none were comparable to what we had booked. Having a confirmed reservation canceled the day of check in especially when we were trying to celebrate a milestone anniversary was extremely disappointing and incredible stressful. This was the poorest customer service we've ever experienced. They did give me a refund. Based on our experience, I would not recommend booking with this property management co.

Staying here felt like a little slice of heaven, with all the comforts of home and the beauty of a vacation escape. From the ease of check-in to the moment we closed the door for the last time, we were able to soak up every moment. The condo was incredible immaculate and cozy, with breathtaking views. The pride of ownership shined through with attention to detail. Perfectly situated on a stretch of beach that was well maintained and quiet, giving our family the ability to unwind and relax. The property is neatly kept and in great shape and the efficiency of the staff and the elevators is spot on. We will be back!

What an amazing condo, roomy, well equipped, extraordinary view, many amenities, parking was great. Only issue was the king size bed was cheap, had a thin mattress with a memory foam topper. To have such a nice place, the mattress was sub par.
