Villa con un ambiente privado, romántico y familiar; El dormitorio principal en suite y las habitaciones para huéspedes tienen puertas francesas que se abren a la piscina y al área de la terraza con vista a las laderas onduladas y al mar Caribe, y un apartamento estudio independiente con una cama queen size. La suite del dormitorio principal se encuentra en la parte occidental de la villa y tiene una cama king size, bañera de hidromasaje y ducha separada, lavamanos para él y ella, amplio vestidor. Las habitaciones de huéspedes tienen camas queen size y están en la parte este de la villa con un baño jack & jill, una bañera de hidromasaje y una ducha separada con amplios armarios. Medio baño tiene lavabo e inodoro. El apartamento estudio tiene un baño con ducha abierta y una amplia sala de estar. La cocina tiene puertas francesas que se abren a la piscina y la terraza con vistas al mar Caribe y las laderas onduladas. Beautiful home. The location and the home itself is stunning.The home could definitely use some TLC. The pool was covered in algae so we did not use it. Lots of cobwebs and dust all through the home.

When we arrived Helene said she was shocked at the condition of the property with overgrown trees and brush, the gas grill full of charcoal and the outside space in disrepair. The outdoor space was the main reason for booking the property. The pool had moss/mold growing and was unusable. The advertised garage was full of junk with condemned steps. We had a Jeep and was looking forward to not having to put the top up all the time with the daily rains. There were doors rusted and others falling off. Light fixtures hanging by the wires. Railings falling apart. No cushions on the pool chairs. We discussed all of this with Helene and she agreed to a refund and we never stayed at the property. We had to find another place with no notice. She only refunded 30%. I should not be responsible for the owner misrepresenting the property.

This property was fantastic. We loved the location, the views, and the pool was great. The outside of the property could use some TLC but the Caribbean weather conditions are harsh and it did not distract or deter our enjoyment of the property.

St. Croix is the best!

We had a great week staying on St. Croix!We have maid several trips to St. Croix, we usually stay up near cane bay area. This was our first time staying on the east side. We loved the quietness of the location and the house was very comfortable. We decided we like the cane bay location better for the activities we like best. But overall, the house was good, it is in need of updates, but we don't mind ascetics as much as the amazing view and getting to relax for a few days. If you don't mind driving a ways to the majority of the activates on the island, this place is a great, private, affordable, and spacious place to stay.

Beautiful Views

Incredible views of the ocean, seconds to the beach (walking), literally EVERYTHING you need to include beach toys, professional quality snorkel equipment, towels, etc. Kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of cookware, spices, plates, and drink equipment. Tonnes of room for a family of six as well. Highly recommend! Helene was wonderful and meet us with fresh mangos to boot.

A Million Dollar View

This was a dream come true. This is a beautiful house and has everything you need to relax and enjoy the view. Lounging in the pool and watching the sunset was awesome. Our host was a kind, wonderful lady who took great care of us. I would love to return again.

Beautiful view/quiet

Positives: Helene was extremely helpful, met us at the airport and had our taxi follow her to the villa. She resolved a WiFi issue quickly. The view overlooking the sea was spectacular! Pool was about 16’ x 40’, we used it every day. Nice large kitchen and bedrooms. Negatives: A bit far from the airport, a $90 cab ride for 3 adults one way. Also a $60 cab ride, one way, to Chrisiansted to the boardwalk, restaurants/bars, shops. Consider renting a car if you stay at this property. All in all we had a nice, relaxing stay at a beautiful location.

Amazing Location and Views

The house was very average for the amount of time we actually spent in the house (we slept and had breakfast, otherwise we were off exploring the island). It gave us a place to sleep and shower comfortably, however there was a lack of charm. If you have Verizon- you’ll get zero cell reception, and the WiFi wasn’t great. Minimal working appliances (dishwasher not great, blenders didn’t work). The pool and outdoor space were incredible.

Birthday Celebration

Our family of 5 called this location home for six (6) days to celebrate my birthday. Then owner met us, gave us a tour, was very thorough with details and even brought us sweet mangos. Then house provided more than enough space for our needs and was well stocked with many items. The kids loved the pool just as much as I did and also the view. There are a few visitors on the property (iguanas and deer) and we were able to get pictures and videos of them as well. My only small complaint is the area does not have the best cell phone service signal. Our family of 5 use 4 different cell phone service providers and most of us had issues with either making/receiving calls, making/receiving text, and access to webpages.

Perfect Location

Perfect vacation! We loved our stay, everything was clean and working. Helene was incredible and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. She came almost every day to do things for us. The local beach had seaweed but we wanted to get out and explore all the other beautiful beaches anyway. It was the best trip!

Great Vacation

Property manager provides privacy, professional, and was sympathetic, we had a good time. The property is spacious. The beach on the south side wasn’t accessible due to sea weeds issues, but the north side beaches were enjoyable. It’s cheaper buying food from the local people and farmers then the supermarkets. Overall I would recommend this place to others.

Wonderful vacation

We were greeted by Helene and her husband and they gave us a tour of the property. The property is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. The house is located about 20 minutes from plaza east (market) and 35 minutes from some of St. Croix most beautiful beaches. I think this is the perfect location for a family that wants privacy yet not to far from the excitement.

Wonderful home with movie screen views

Helen and her husband were very kind and welcoming. They met us at the property and showed us around. They even dropped off a few coconuts for us to sample after we arrived. The home is spacious, inviting, and the views are to die for. Fans and ac units in every room, plenty of towels and huge kitchen make your stay inviting. Wifi, cell service , and TV were spotty at best but me and my family enjoyed the time to deconnect and enjoy the beautiful island. We spent the majority of our time visiting the different beaches around the island, but when we were home the pool and deck is where we stayed. The pool is clean and the water was nice. The deck is huge with the most amazing views. We ate all our meals outside enjoying the breeze and the sound of the waves. The local beach had a ton of seaweed during our stay but a quick trip in any direction had plenty of different options. The east side of the island is great, very relaxing with very few people on any of the beaches we visited. Also great food options minutes away. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting st croix!

Fabulous view and breeze

We Enjoyed the pool day and night temperature was perfect. But Pool is in great need of repair stairs are terrible. Everything in the house is functional but needs updating. Helene was absolutely wonderful to us even brought us coconuts to make cocktails with! There is a fabulous breeze so we just opened up the house and enjoyed the fresh air! We loved walking the beach every day also enjoyed the casino a couple times. We love St Croix!

Peacefull & Relaxing

My family recently spent the holidays in St Croix. We have 3 teenage girls and wanted a property that gave everyone some space and a pool to use when we had some downtime. This was a great property for that. When we were at the property, we spent most of our time on the pool deck. Great views of the sunrise and sea. You can listen to the waves lapping on the beach below. Just a really great, peaceful location. The house had everything we needed and more. Martin and Helen were great hosts and had everything prepared for our arrival. We had a great time and really enjoyed the property.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RENTING!

We just returned from a week vacation on St. Croix and unfortunately this villa ruined our vacation ! This villa is an absolute dump. It is nothing like the pics on the listing, because the pics were taken 18 years ago when the villa was built. The owner admitted that. The owners have obviously done very little to maintain this villa. The furniture you see now was there from the beginning. Anything metal is rusted and corroding from the salt air. The windows and doors don’t open and close properly. Many of the lamps and lights either don’t work or need new bulbs. There are no functioning fire alarms. The pool lights are out and the furniture is cheap and the cushions are ripped and torn. There was not one bar of soap. We had to go to the store the next morning to buy some. The linens are a joke. I have better in my garage. They had hotel samples of shampoo and conditioner bottles that were either partially used or empty. Disgusting! The worst problem, however, was the villa is infested by ants and cockroaches, and when I called the owners to complain, she blamed them on us! She did nothing about it. We had to move out of the separate bedroom because of the them. I took my family, in particular my aged mom, for what we thought was going to be a fantastic Caribbean vacation in a 4-5 star villa. Instead, our vacation and probably my moms last vacation was ruined by this place. Some locals told us this villa is known as the party villa. The owners have not properly maintained this villa. All they care about is making as much money as they can. And their listing is very deceiving. The pictures are from 18 years ago. . I have so much more I can say about just how bad this villa is and I have many pics and videos to prove what I am saying. With taxes and VRBO’s fee this villa cost me alot! The most I have ever paid in my life. I did so because I wanted this vacation to be extra special for my mom. Instead this villa and vacation was a nightmare. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DON’T RENT THIS VILLA! I don’t want this to happen to anyone else!

I grew up in St. Croix and became a contractor and built Aqua Blue Villa and other homes on the island. I currently live on St. Croix and travel the mainland and other carribbean islands.

After living here for many years and visiting the eastern part of the island, my dream was to own property and build a beautiful villa. This area is unique with it's natural beauty of the carribbean sea and rolling hillsides.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I chose this end of the island to build this villa because it is minutes from Point Udall which is the eastern most point in the U.S.A. There is a sundial known as the Millennium Monument built above Point Udall for the New Year's celebration in 2000. It marks the azimuth of the first U.S. sunrise of that year. The area has breath taking views and private beaches which are accessible to the public free of charge. All beaches in St. Croix are public. There is no admission for parking, sunbathing, or swimming.
