En una bahía protegida para bucear, tiene una playa de arena, tiene una piscina a pocos pies de la puerta principal, tiene una hermosa propiedad con plantaciones maduras. Hay una puerta de seguridad con el oficial. Es un tercer y cuarto piso a pie. Frente a la piscina, el restaurante y Christiansted por la parte de atrás. Y desde el cuarto piso, se enfrenta a la línea de flotación del noroeste. La brisa en la cubierta trasera es fantástica.

The ceiling was leaking in the front room, the appliances were dirty and broken, the sheets were old and tethered, the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was terrible, and I had to use a plunger every time I used the toilet upstairs. The stairs to the loft were so narrow that I couldn't bring luggage to the room.

Spacious Condo

The property is lush with a small sandy beach, pool and restaurant (not suggested for being overpriced). The condo is a good size with everything needed for a longer stay. The views are fantastic and Marti was so great at addressing any questions we had. The laundry room is not in-unit, but just downstairs from the condo which is convenient. This was a great spot as we were all over the island and this condo provided easy access to the highways, etc. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Spring Break 2025

We had 6 people total and the accommodations were comfortable and everyone was inviting. We loved the balconies, pool, small beach area and the snorkeling right off the beach. Amazing and fun!

Great Space

We stayed with six adults in this space. The apartment is in a good location within a few minutes drive of Christenstead. This was our first visit to St. Croix and we had fun exploring the beaches and restaurants. The property suited our party well and we enjoyed staying here. If we came back we would stay again if we needed a lot of space. We especially enjoyed the balcony in the morning and evenings with the whole crew. Lovely to have drinks and plan your day or chat about dinner plans. .

Great long term stay

I spent 11 weeks in the condo for work and had a great stay! It’s in a central location. Marti was super communicative the whole time.

The Apt was great and well appointed. Location perfect & communication was excellent. The HOA needs to set up their maintenance and over all up grade a few things. We liked it was a gated community, had a pool and walking beach to sea with good snorkeling. Saw lots of fish turtle and hammer head.

Like home, but plus sun, sand, and the beach! 🌴

The host, Marti, was so great about communicating throughout our trip. She provided detailed instructions, lots of St. Croix suggestions and was available during the entire week. The location is drivable to anywhere on the island but was far enough to be relaxing and didn’t feel touristy. Walking access to lots of beautiful beaches, nice pool, and the sunrises were incredible. Plus, the second balcony gave us some nice sunsets too! Great stay!

Nice location and amenities

Great location near Christiansted-8 minutes from restaurants. Great grilling patio, view of ocean, pool, and restaurant/bar all within gated community.

Great price, good location

For the price, size, and location, this is a great property. But with the lower price point come some issues. The beds are comfortable, but the sheets are pilled and should be replaced. The comforters were dusty and need washing. The kitchen always feels a little dirty. Cupboards are packed with stuff and nothing feels clean. But it has all of the basics and tons of extras: beach chairs (some broken), beach towels, floaties, snorkel gear (worked great), and cooler (broken but functional). Not sure how this is legal, but to unlock the door from the inside you must use a key - so if there is a fire you could be trapped. The lock sticks, it was quite a pain to get in and out. But landlord was very responsive when we had a plumbing problem, and the location is close to everything. So if sheets, comforters, lock, and kitchen cabinets are replaced this would be a 5 star rental.

Would love to stay again

There were a couple issues beyond the owners control but she was very responsive in assisting with getting things done. We enjoyed our stay for 2 weeks. The on-site restaurant has awesome food and drinks. The pool was so refreshing at night for nightly swims. Will definitely look at staying again. Thank you Marti!!!

The condo was beautiful, we loved our stay there. Would do it again. When we had a problem, it was solved in moments. Everyone was very responsive, kind and helpful. Outstanding!

Great location and well laid out space

Great view, especially from loft bedroom. Good location. Near essentials. The restaurant on site is great. There was a leak that was not quickly addressed. Overall, and OK place to stay.

Sea breeze

There are always things that can be improved in a property, but I feel like it was what I expected. The location was great, proximity to Christiansted was good, the sea breeze was amazing, no need for AC. Kids liked the privacy of the loft, and having their own balcony.

After looking at all of the many condo properties, Mill Harbour had it all. The proximity to the sand beach, the pool, the bar/restaurant. We love it. But we also needed to pay for the opportunity to be here once or twice a year. Thus the vacation rental was born.

We have tried to update and upgrade over the years. It is to our tastes with the assumption that it is neutral enough for everyone.
