We had a great experience staying here. Bev was an incredibly helpful and responsive host from start to finish. She shared her knowledge of the island through thoughtful written notes and real-time communication, which made our trip even better and helped us make the most of our time.The home itself is a beautiful custom build with many unique features. It’s very well maintained and thoughtfully stocked with everything visitors might need, which made it feel comfortable and easy to settle in right away. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Spacious, comfortable house

This is the best equipped and furnished property we've rented. The living room and bedroom furniture is substantial and comfortable. Enough dish- and glassware to allow you to fill the dishwasher before running it. The pool area is well landscaped to provide privacy from the neighbors. Lots of beach towels on hand so you don't need to pack your own. In a good location on the East End with many restaurants within a 15- to 20-minute drive.We loved our stay here and didn't want to leave. Bev is a great at providing information about the area and the house. We hope to come back!

For a last min bday booking Nov15-Nov18 we enjoyed every min of our stay. The pool was amazing, privacy 10/10, the house itself i loved it but the best part about the stay was the owner. Beverly thank you for hosting my family and I, cant wait to do it again.

AMAZING!!

My husband and I stayed here for the week of June 21 - June 28. The house and amenities are great. We saw the deer and the mongoose and had the cutest kitten to keep us company. The pool was awesome, temp just right. Very close to anything that you might need yet private as well. Would recommend this to anyone, no question.

Great Vacation

The house was great located in a quiet neighborhood. Nice big yard very relaxing seen deer mongooses pool was great. The owner was very helpful we ended up staying a week longer I definitely recommend

Best kitchen for Thanksgiving

The property is an older one but has updates like a convection cooktop and oven. It was a great place to spend Thanksgiving.

Island getaway

We loved our time at the house and on the island. Bev made everything so easy. Check in was simple. The house was spotless. The beds, super soft with perfect pillows. We cooked most of our meals and loved what seemed to be new appliances. The pool was a total hit! We started and ended each day with hours in the pool. We saw deer, mongoose ,an iguana and beautiful birds while floating in the pool. The neighborhood cats , chickens, and rooster were fun to have around. We were thankful for Bev’s beach and restaurant recommendations. Overall, a wonderful time!

From start to finish the property owner followed up with us. Amazing location. The pool was a blessing. The house was well taken care of and accomidating. Got to see an huge 3 ft Iguana on our porch. Loved seeing the birds lizards chickens Roosters and cats. Great place for a vacation. Bev was wonderful.

Paradise

Truly a magical vacation. This home is perfect as a central location on St Croix and close proximity to Christiansted. Two fantastic bedrooms - the master is enormous with a master bath. Beds are ver comfortable and shutters make for dark sleeping with in room AC units. Shutters then open for wonderful cross breezes and light throughout the house. We also utilized the loft for our girls which worked perfect. The pool area is fantastic and used the grill several evenings. The kitchen has everything you can think of. Bev is a fantastic host - ver easy to communicate with and accommodating. We would highly recommend. Also provide beach towels/pool towels and chairs - much appreciated. The on-property native wildlife - chickens, mongoose, deer, lizards, frogs and feral cats - all added to the ambiance ❤️ Hoping to return

2 week wedding getaway in paradise!

The house was wonderful! Definitely a paradise getaway on St. Croix Island! The house was very well equipped and clean. Comfortable beds and very spacious rooms. All the windows made the evening Caribbean breeze was magical to fall asleep to at night....and to wake up too! Great location in a safe part of the island. The hired help were all very helpful and friendly and took great care with the house. Groundskeeper even got a coconut out of the tree for us and schooled us on how to get into it like an islander! My grandkids were very impressed! The visit was far from long enough! We look forward to coming back for our anniversary! Thank you so much Bev for the memories! Did I mention the pool wS perfect too?? From 1-10...this house was a 20!

Fantastic visit to St. Croix

We enjoyed our stay! The home was quaint and welcoming. The property caretaker available for questions anytime. We enjoyed the grounds, cooking out by the poolside, and the abundance of nature. As this property is pet friendly, our pup had ample room to roam. Great location!

Received a good idea of what it would be like to live on St Croix, and that's exactly what I wanted.

A hidden gem on the East End of the Island

Bev & Chip's house is a special gem on St. Croix. Their house is not only perfectly comfortable with all the necessary amenities and is well known on the island. The design and layout are spectacular and it is wonderful to stay in a house that holds so much history. We will return to St. Croix and we will hope we can stay at Bev & Chip's house again.

I Immediately fell in love with the Island and built this house in 1964 and again after Hurricane Hugo in 1989.
