San Sebastián’s Hideaway in refreshingly clean with a touch of old charm and modern finishes. The open floor plan is great for entertaining. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the patio or spend your downtime around the gas fire pit in the back yard and enjoy our large backyard space which includes a gas barbecue grill. As a courtesy we offer a free complimentary coffee and snack bar. We also do not charge a cleaning fee, for your stay. We are pet friendly, but there is an additional charge pet fee of $200 that will be applied to your reservation. So we must be notified if you are bringing a pet at the time of your initial booking in order to ensure the accuracy of your reservation and inclusion of the pet fee. Our home is conveniently located in the West King District approx. 1.5 miles from the historic downtown tourist district of St. Augustine. Guests are a short walk to a variety of local establishments, and a quick 15 minute drive to St. Augustine beach.

Such a great birthday getaway

We come to St. Augustine every year for my birthday and this by far the best time. The house was beautiful and the backyard was perfect for a fire after a night out on the town. We would definitely come back here next year!!!

Great stay!

My husband and I spent 2 1/2 weeks here in January 2025. The amenities were spot on. We enjoyed the area. Tons of great restaurants within a short drive. We would recommend James and his facility very highly.

Guest house with game room

The house was perfect for a little vacation in St Augustine. The location was perfect from downtown and the beach. Everything was accessible as well as easy to find from this location. The game room provided hours of fun when not hanging with my girl. Overall it was a great place for a vacation.

Great stay

We had great communication with James from the time we booked until we left. The house is well stocked and was immaculate when we checked in. The couch and bed were extremely comfortable, the house is really quiet, and of course the game room was a plus. If we are back in the area we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot!

Excellent location. Easy to get everywhere we wanted to be. Backyard was perfect for our relaxation and for our pup to run around. House was very clean and well appointed. Host is very responsive. Highly recommend.

Would definitely stay here again!!!

The property met every expectation we had based on the listing. The owners even allowed us to check in a few hours early due to our early flight arrival. Our only recommendation is possibly an additional outdoor garbage bin. Ours was full when we arrived so we had to take our trash to a local dumpster to avoid leaving it on the ground outside of the bin that is associated with the house. All in all a great stay!

Perfect place for a family vacation!!

We had a group of 6 stay at the property and it was the perfect amount of space for us but definitely could’ve fit 2 more like the listing says. The living room couch is huge and made for awesome movie nights, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the game room/garage was a fun added touch! We would absolutely come back. Also, the check out was super simple and straightforward, no complicated cleaning duties or extra things to worry about. It was a short drive from the city and the beaches (15 min max) which we loved! 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!!

Great Place

Very clean with everything renovated. Excellent for family trip and time together. Many bonuses like game room and board games to do stuff together. Awesome to have these for time betwween other planned activities and at night. We played in game room and board games till late at night having fun. Beds were super comfy and nice back yard for dog. Played ball several times.

Thoughtful amenities

James was so accommodating. He went the extra mile to ensure that our family had a wonderful Christmas. I really appreciate the plentiful kitchenware and variety of utensils. The beds were so comfy and more than enough bedding. The space isn’t huge but the owners have made the most of it, making it very comfortable for eight people. Highly recommend.

We fell in love with St. Augustine over 15 years ago while attending a wedding at the San Sebastián Winery. Since then, we have regularly visited for date nights, couples retreats & family staycations. We feel so blessed to own a vacation home in our favorite historical city, and it’s our goal as hosts to provide the best possible guest experience.

Which is perfect for those looking to experience everything that St. Augustine has to offer.

This pet friendly property is a newer build in an established neighborhood, so it contains all the modern amentities that are desired for an extended stay. The lay out of this single family home is situable for up to 8 people, and ideal for extended family gatherings, both inside or outside in the large fenced in backyard.
